Unit sleeps 8 with 1 king in the master bedroom, 1 king in the 2nd bedroom, 1 queen in the 3rd bedroom and 1 queen in the 4th bedroom. (no garage access)

This townhome offers a spacious first and second floor layout that will offer plenty of room to stretch out and relax. Enjoy all the comforts of home with a fully-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, multiple flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi & free parking. Guests can also enjoy the comfort of a screened patio area off the back of the property.

The Havens has it's own private community pool & BBQ area. During peak summer months take the complimentary shuttle to the oceanfront. Beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented from the lifeguards stationed on the beach.

It was a quiet location and plenty of dining options......there was only enough parking for one minivan and one of the bedrooms did not have electrical outlets. Overall it was a good rental for the price paid

Yearly guys golf trip
House was nice and in a great location. Having to pick up keys and take them back to.the office was inconvenient. Beds were not very comfortable. All the signs posted telling us what we could be charged for was unwelcoming.

This was a replacement for a 4bdrm we rented but got flooded out the day of check-in. North Beach Realty got us this unit for us right away and got everything ready before we arrived. Oceanfront 4bdrm condo was a pleasant experience!! We will absolutely consider this unit in the future MB golf trips!

A few bumps but overall nice townhome
Upon arrival we thought the townhouse was great. It looked exactly like the photos. My only complaint is that there was no hand soap, just some kitschy bar soap and kitchen could have been stocked with better plates, cups and cookware. Little details go a long way. Apparently there was construction the week before and during our stay that we didn’t find out about until the Monday after check in on Saturday and it would have been nice to have a heads up as it was roofing and siding being done to the property. We couldn’t let the kids play in the back because of the roofing nails and workers dropping items all day. The roofers also cut the Wi-Fi line and we spent the whole week without any television or Wi-Fi connection but we survived. If it wasn’t for the lack of Wi-Fi, construction and the realty company not communicating that it was occurring I would have given a better rating.

Unpeaceful stay due to roof repairs during our entire stay
This property was found to be not well cleaned before we arrived at 10pm at night. Each morning of our stay, we were awakened by 7:30-8am by roof repairs being done and our doorbell ringing requesting we move our vehicles out of driveways. Quite the unpeaceful stay for our family. Arrived back after a day out to nails and debris all over the drive and sidewalk and a ladder over our front door. This property should not have been rented out during this construction work. Do NOT recommend staying here as you may be surprised by unforeseen happenings here with no warning.

This condo is in the perfect location surrounded by beautiful golf courses, great places to eat, easy and close distance to beach, along with access to 2 pools. The condo is very clean and in nice condition.

Upon arrival the unit appeared clean. Attempting to sleep in the 4th bedroom on the 1st night it was found that the bed was full of dog or pet hair. Also one toilet was Is inoperative.

The home was nice and conveniently located. Beds could be more comfortable. And it says you can fit two cars in the driveway since there is no garage access but we could only fit one car in and the rest had to park at the pool.

Four 75 Year Old Golfers Back to Myrtle Beach
The townhouse met all our needs for space, comfort and convenience. The only somewhat negative is the 4th bedroom, small, windowless and not nearly as nice as the other three.

Our Wonderful Vacation in the Havens
Our vacation in Myrtle Beach was absolutely amazing! Staying at this property made the vacation 100 times even better. The property is located in such a beautiful community. My family and I loved the huge swimming pool that’s only a 2 minute walk from the front door. And we enjoyed sitting out on the enclosed back patio while talking, playing games, and enjoying the peace and quietness of the neighborhood. The house had all the amenities that we desired. My wife and I loved the property so much that we’ll be flying down within a month or so to house hunt; as we’ve decided to purchase an investment property there as well. We most certainly will be staying at this location again; at least until we purchase our townhome there at Barefoot Resorts. We thank the owner of the property for everything and look forward to another stay at this same property.

Major Disappointment
- Not clean upon arrival - Refrigerator not working, manager supplied coolers - Only room for one vehicle parking spot not two as ad stated - Pool key card did not work for entire week. Staff at pool were not nice when we said pool key card would not work. - 4th bedroom has no electricity or windows - owner placed many caution signs throughout house - carpet dirty upstairs and upstairs - location of rental was good - owner has caution sign above thermostat requiring the temp to be at 75 at all times.
