This is a great studio condo with 2 queen size beds. It has an LCD TV, and kitchenette with a 2 burner countertop cooktop, counter height fridge and microwave. The resort is fantastic with lots of terrific amenities to enjoy. If you don't want to go anywhere, you can really just stay at the resort and still enjoy your relaxing vacation!
The Space:
Head up to this 5th floor retreat, and step onto the balcony of this charming OCEAN VIEW condo, and let the salty ocean breeze greet you. Relax on a lazy vacation morning while sipping coffee on the balcony.
On the flat-screen TV, you can watch your favorite shows, so be sure to gather around for some late-night popcorn and movies.
Whenever hunger strikes, grab a snack in the convenient kitchenette or enjoy a lovely night out at one of the over 1,900 restaurants of the Grand Strand area.
Come nighttime, cuddle up for a peaceful night of rest in one of the 2 queen beds.

Q: 'Are there any hidden fees?'
A: NO - There are no required 'surprise' costs or resort fees. What you pay when you book is all you will pay for your stay.
Q: 'Can I Check-In Early?'
A: MAYBE – Our cleaners offer a very limited number of priority check-ins each day that would allow guests to arrive at noon. The cost is $50 and they must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. They are available on a first come, first served basis. If you would like to add this to your booking, please message us and we will provide additional instructions.
Q: 'Can I Check-Out Late?'
A: NO – Sorry, but due to the cleaning schedule, departure times cannot be changed.
Q: 'Are bath towels and sheets included?'
A: YES – We provide sheets for the beds listed and also 1 bath towel and wash cloth per the occupancy of the property you rented. We do not allow bath towels to be taken to the beach, so please make arrangements for beach/pool towels.
Q: 'Is parking included?'
A: YES - Parking is free for TWO cars. You will receive TWO parking pass per unit rented. We receive limited numbers of parking passes and then we have to purchase them. Please don’t write on it and return it to the unit before you leave to avoid a replacement charge.
Q: 'Can I Pay for an Extra Parking Pass?'
A: NO – Sorry. Parking limitations are set due to the number of spaces available.
Q: 'Are there pool bands?'
A: MAYBE - Pool bands are only required during peak season. During this time, the unit will have one band per person the unit sleeps. We receive limited numbers of pool bands, and then we have to purchase them. Please return them to the unit before you leave to avoid a replacement charge.
Q: 'Do I have to clean/make the beds/do the laundry?'
A: NO - You are on vacation! However, we do ask that you treat the property with care so it stays nice for others & follow a few guidelines before you leave: Please empty the refrigerator, bag up your trash & take out any excess that won’t fit in the cans, and wash your dishes or load/run the dishwasher (if equipped) before you leave. We do not expect you to clean or do laundry before you check out, but we do ask that you tidy up after yourself with those few items that are not included in the cleaning fee.
Q: 'Do you allow pets?'
A: No, sorry - Pets are not allowed at this resort per our HOA bylaws. However, we do currently rent 9 properties where we can accept small dogs. Contact us for more details.
Q: 'Can I smoke in the unit or on the balcony?'
A: NO, sorry – SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in this unit and on the balcony - no exceptions. It is very costly to have a service remove smoking odors - especially in the short time between guests. If we need to have the unit treated because of the smell of smoke or if we find that you have tampered with the smoke detectors to hide that smoking has occurred, it will result in a minimum $250 charge. Please be sure to read the entire rental agreement and house rules for more information about smoking.
Q: 'Are there pots/pans/dishes?'
A: YES - The kitchen is equipped with the basic items needed for cooking/eating. If there is some specialty small appliance you enjoy, please feel free to bring it along.
Q: 'Are cleaning supplies, toiletries, paper products included.'
A: No. The unit is self-catering. We do provide a small supply of these items to get guests started when they arrive, but you would be responsible to provide additional supplies of these items for during your stay.

The Neighborhood:
We love this neighborhood in the Crescent Beach neighborhood of North Myrtle Beach. Enjoy this more peaceful area of the crazy traffic of Myrtle Beach with a beach town feel. It is still close to everything and walkable to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping.
THE GRAND STRAND REALLY DOES HAVE IT ALL!
The North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach area is the home of some of the best shopping, restaurants, and entertainment that you'll find anywhere; and this condo is at the center of it all. It is close to Barefoot Landing and the Tanger Outlets, which are a shopaholic's dream. It is close to The House of Blues, Alabama Theater, and Alligator Adventure. There are also great restaurants like Flying Fish, TBonz, and Greg Norman's. For those who like to golf, there are tons of options for you like Beachwood, Possom Trot, Azalea Sands, Barefoot and many more!
If you're looking for adventure, you can go parasailing, take a banana boat ride or rent a jet ski from one of the many local beach rental companies. You can try your luck on one of the Casino Cruises, like Suncruise (they'll even send a shuttle for you). If you like to fish, there are several local piers where you can rent rods & buy bait or, for a big adventure, check out one of the local deep sea fishing charters. If golf is your game, the sky's the limit!

Getting Around:
For the very best experience, we recommend that guests have a car. There is so much to do that the freedom of a car is very nice. However, other transportation options are available. There are also plenty of taxi cabs available - including a taxi stand at Broadway at the Beach in case you need a ride back from the clubs. Uber and Lyft are plentiful and inexpensive.
