Rooms were clean, spacious, and quiet. Even though we saw many families with children vacationing, we never heard commotion in the hallways or even adjoining rooms, and no one made noise above us. Staff was accommodating, friendly, and helpful.

Very unique hotel in a quaint town of Williams, Arizona. There was a wild west gunfight in the streets in the evening and a great Route 66 cafe in town.

Family Trip

We had a wonderful time staying at Grand Canyon Railway Hotel it was such amazing experience and great family trip we took the train ride from our hotel to the Grand Canyon. We loved show and the hospitality. Definitely worth a trip to come visit again.

Our stay at the hotel was satisfactory, fulfilling our basic needs during our trip. We were primarily there to experience the breathtaking views of the Grand Canyon, and the train ride to get there was a fantastic choice, allowing us to take in the scenery along the way. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions we had. However, I must mention that the food offered at the hotel left much to be desired; it was disappointing and did not meet our expectations. For a better dining experience, I strongly recommend exploring the local restaurants in town, where you can enjoy a much wider variety of delicious options.
