Jacuzzi was broken. Then when it was fixed front desk attendant told me to go out side to get to it, in 40 degree weather maybe colder. Not true. I was offended as to why she told me so.

Put signs on outside of buildings!!!

The instructions to park and get to rooms were terrible. Most hotels at entry doors put large room numbers to help find where you should enter the building. Lots of entrances, no way to tell if it is right. Also walking around to get to hotel restaurant, lighting was atrocious. Handicapped entrances not well marked. Room clean, food at the bar was excellent, as was the service (server and bartender). All employees were friendly. If it weren’t for the difficulty in getting around, it would be a 4+ stay.

The property did not offer easy access to keep the upkeeping in the room. I called 1 day and said they only accept request before 9am to have beds made, towels replenished, and trashed dumped. 2nd day I called and they told me that they don’t accept requests on Wednesdays. My stay was 3 nights it would have been nice for this to come automatically. knowing I was going to be there for a long period. I had to empty trash on my own and request for new towels they they left hanging on the door

The cleanliness is not the best but the place is very quiet and has easy walking access to many places in Williams

I was a little disappointed the pool was still a little cold. There was black marks all over the walls in the room and hairs on the ceiling in the bathroom.
