The staff was so professional in their demeanor and attire. We arrived late but had no issues with getting a late check in. Decor was exquisite as well as the guest room and size of room. Would recommend with no hesitation!

I stay at this hotel once a year when I come to Scranton. I’ve been doing this for 23 years. The hotel is consistently clean and quiet . The staff friendly is friendly. The restaurant (Carmen’s) is very good, although it’s only open for dinner on the weekends. The hotel lobby and first floor have retained its charm from the early 20th century.

An Unforgettable Family Escape at Camelback Aquatopia!We celebrated my son’s 2nd birthday weekend at Camelback Aquatopia Indoor Waterpark, and it was nothing short of magical! From exciting water slides to the relaxing lazy river, the kids were in heaven the entire trip. The Easter-themed activities spread throughout the resort added a festive, family-friendly vibe that made everything feel extra special. We loved that we could do everything without ever leaving the resort — breakfast and dining were convenient and tasty, and snow tubing was such a fun surprise that added a wintery thrill to our spring stay!
