The food is always the same in the main restaurant, Could have better food, Was disappointed with the selection. Also a seafood night with lobster and crab would have been nice.

Great resort. Good food. Not too crowded even though it was sold out. Didn’t have any issues getting pool or beach chairs. Had an issue the first night with a neighbouring room smoking (it’s a non smoking hotel) and it coming into our room but the hotel promptly moved us to a new room when we made them aware. Would visit here again.

Beautiful resort, can’t wait to go back. Having a gluten intolerance going away is hard to find food that I can eat. The buffet food was well labeled and the restaurants were very accommodating. First time at an all inclusive that I never had stomach issues.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would give the service a 10-star rating. The staff were incredibly attentive, and the customer service was exceptional. The food was of excellent quality, and I thoroughly enjoyed every meal. The beach view every day was fabulous! The only issue I encountered was with the drawers for clothes, which had an unpleasant smell that transferred to my clothes. However, aside from that minor inconvenience, my experience was wonderful.

The property was emaculate.The staff was so polite.The food was good. The palm trees on the beach was a welcome addition. The water was dark.The beach was not cleared of debris daily as i would have expected.Horses were allowed to go to the bathroom right on front of the guests without the horse owners cleaning it up. The merchants were continuously up and down the rows of people sitting on chairs (well within the facilities line). The swim up bar pool was never told to empty out so proper water quality testing could be performed. However the waiter staff (buffet) was so helpful and friendly = julian. The fun and games staff members tries their best to envite and have an upbeat mood! = Milton was exceptional! The grounds were kept manicured and the building maintainance to the exterior was done safely and expertly.

Everything about this resort was wonderful...the only thing that I wish could have been better was the music especially out at the pools. Recommend playing more spanish music outside throughout the resort all day long; cumbias, salsa, norteñas, rock en Español. That would make it exceptional.. Thank you for a great mini vacation.
