My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at Laguna, our room which had the Access to the pool was beautiful and clean. The staff were very friendly and nothing was a problem for them. The breakfast staff remembered us each day and made special smoothies just for us, would definitely go back

The staff is amiable and welcoming. I highly recommend this resort. My room was spacious and clean and overlooked the saltwater lagoon. We stayed in 3 hotels in Bali. This was our first stop and we had a great stay. It really is a place to kick back and enjoy the sun. There are plenty of loungers around both the pools and the beach - something we struggled with at other hotels. The food and breakfast was great. It was our honey moon and the room was made up with the swans and a treat. All the staff were friendly and helpful. You can walk down the beach for many kilometres and visit other hotels and have dinner somewhere else. The golf course is just outside The Laguna and I’d recommend playing a round of you are into that. It’s a great location if you want to relax but also well situated for touring the south of the island. Uluwatu is a great place to visit.

Beautiful hotel and resort, with amazing friendly staff and awesome food. The only thing that was missing was entertainment, only one weekly show that went for 20 minutes. Evenings were quiet there, so depends what you like.
