Our room was a good size, on the 5th floor. The staff are always nice and accomodating. Don’t break a cup though they charge the same amount as a meal lols. Overall a good hotel but being not infront of thr beach we had to pay for beach hut and chair on days we decide to do a beach day.

Room was nice. They put 2 twin beds together for a super duper big bed lol. Shower was good, not alot of pressure in our room and the rainfall shower head didn’t work but it was a good clean room. It was also close to the beach which was nice. Only a 5 min walk. You do have to cross traffic but it’s easy enough to do and you have security guards who can stop traffic for you. There’s also a couple marts in the other direction (5 min walk) which you can get snacks and water and beer if you want. Much cheaper as well. Also has aloe Vera and sunscreen and bug spray. There is also a much cheaper laundry place you can get your clothes done at. Much cheaper than the hotel. Be advised any place you get your laundry done will come back smelling super artificial lol. They love the perfume scents. Staff are super helpful as well

Outdoor pool was ok. Staff very friendly. However, they told me to pay down my bill since it went over there limit. I told them I would come down shortly. I took a shower and they were knocking on the door. My husband told them I would be down to pay. As soon as I got out of the shower and went downstairs to pay. I have never had a hotel ever tell me I am over the limit. I paid the day before we left and never charged anything else.

Ok

Unfortunately there is bad sewerage smell in the reception and common areas. Thankfully not in the rooms themselves. Pool only has 4 sun beds and 5 beanbags by the pool so don’t anticipate on using the pool. Staff were really good. Reception always there for any needs and always smiling Security always stopping traffic for people to cross a very busy road

A lovely stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Only a short walk to nice restaurants. The room was very clean and spacious with everything you need. Only complaints is it’s near a main road so was a little loud at night and the swimming pool only has 6 sun beds, they could do with some more for such a big hotel/

The pool area only has 5 lounges and the rest are limited to mouldy bean bags. The lunch srea down in the lobby only has besn bags to sut in not good for older people. The breakfast mainly caters to asian cuisine abd no western food apart from egg's. Would not stay here agai
