Open living, dining and kitchen area, 2 Smart TV's, WIFI, hardwood flooring, loft sleeping area, update included bedding, central heat and air, ceiling fans, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, blender, washer/dryer, back access covered parking with room to park a boat in yard, a large sun decks, furnished screened porch, outside shower, gas grill (propane not provided), and outside grilling and eating area.
