Worth the stay
Our family stay in this hotel is wonderful. The receptionist is vey friendly, kind, and accommodating. The housekeeping and breakfast staffs are amazing and professionals as well. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I feel safe in the surrounding areas. My family will book here again. Highly recommended hotel.

Carpets throughout the hallways and inside elevators are very old and lost color . the person above my room was so noisy that i slept only 4 hours both night .this hotel must be very old and I think they should fix the floors and lay new carpets

It was really noisy because I faced the street. I think it’s unbelievable that they charge you to park in an unmanned lot… no security. They gouged you for the pet fee! The most I’ve ever paid is $75 and they charge 150! The location is convenient, but I’m not sure I would stay here again.

The tv in the living area did not work called for it to be fixed but never got fixed and other bedroom tv missing remote control. Handicap accessible bathroom shower curtain was too short water got everywhere in bathroom and didn't drain well into two drains so very slippery high fall risk

Check in was amazing! Super friendly so kind and genuine….. I went to the store and came in with heavy items and a staff member right away came to help me as the saw my hands were full…….so friendly and polite. I will definitely be back!
