Convenient location for the event I was attending. Rooms were spacious and clean. Good amenities. Pool is small. Restaurant has decent menu but very very slow service when the hotel is busy. Lots of other good dining options within walking distance of the hotel. In room phones were not working. Coffee maker in room didn’t work.

Toilet was filthy. The rim of the toilet (under the seat) was covered in dried urine. It must have been neglected for months to look like that. Otherwise very nice and comfy.

I did not like that I paid Expedia for parking when there is free parking at this hotel. Our room was incredibly loud. The ice machine, gym and lobby were all right outside our door.

Totally amazing!!
Our family had an amazing time, utilize the pool, the gym and the M club. I almost forgot the sauna was amazing. We come here monthly from Seattle and, we stay here and we love it. Please keep up the amazing work. Entire staff is amazing.
