Fun getaway
We had a wonderful time. We stayed 2 nights. One night in a regular stateroom, the next in the Executive room. We went down to hotel lobby and were able to switch over rooms with no problems. Very personable staff. Will stay again.

The room lacked a bathroom fan. The cabinets were chiped and looked like they were due for a cabinet replacement. We were diaspointed the pool was under repair. The casino floor was emaculae however, there were no card tables open for nonsmokers.

The resort was great with a lot of options of things to do. We loved the movie theater, museums, walking trails, and the restaurants and variety of food options . The hotel was clean and well maintained, but the beds and pillow were not very comfortable and the hallways smells cigaret.

Rooms were very nice, had everything a guest needs. Restaurants were very good. Food was excellent as well as staff. Recommend guests bring their own TP. There’s are terrible. Highly recommend the Prime Rib restaurant. Best prime I’ve eaten and price was very reasonable. Overall this is best place on the river. Stayed in all of the hotels but this is the best. Great staff and very clean.

We had the pleasure of having our oldest granddaughter for the holidays, we stopped to shop and she asked her grandfather if it was possible to stay at Riverside . To our surprise a room was available! Riverside had all the extras we enjoy, Bowling movies great food !!

The carpet inside the room so dirty and the restroom the shower ,windows to see the view terrible even the tv’s screen has some liquid on it. Plus so noisy the rooms doors are so heavy so when anyone close the door literally everyone can hear it and the smell BAD everywhere. Overall terrible experience.

Pool/hottub was closed for maintenance, Someone running a load vacuum in the hall at midnight, and security was very rude to the kids walking through casino. Kids did enjoy arcade, bowling, and movie theater and the rooms were great and got cleaned and new towels daily. The buffet was good.

No Vegan Options at all!
The price is perfect, rooms clean it is just OLD. My problem was food. I went to each and every restaurant to see if they could accommodate a vegan something, for dinner. Their fine-dining chef spoke to me and offered to make me something. He was so nice, but paying $40.00+ for some veggies over rice was not appealing enough and all his pasta's were made with egg. The other restaurants didn't even have olive oil to offer. Not sure why, in all the places to eat, they can't add a Beyond beef burger or veggie burger to their menu. Or, how about a portabello mushroom burger? I can't be the only vegan that wants to come to Laughlin. The buffet looked awful, and although they allowed me to see if there was something I could eat, unfortunately, nothing but iceberg lettuce and bottled dressings. The Mexican restaurant where I can always be accommodated anywhere else, totally blew me off.. So the Prime Rib room hooked me up with their somewhat decent salad bar and I was able to have a baked potato too (I had a vegan cheese spread with me to put on it), would have loved some green beans if only they left out the bacon and some fresh melon. So, I survived my one-night stay! The smoke, wow just walking around you smell like an ashtray by the end of the day. I live in Vegas, I know that this is just what it is as far as gambling goes. But the history of this hotel is amazing, give the food just a little facelift!
