Warm welcome, clean and comfortable room and en-suite. Breakfast made available for our 5am departure to catch early ferry. Good off-road parking. All good!

The owner was very friendly and helpful. She served us great breakfast every morning. The location is great, easy walk to the town. Given the price point, it is a nice place to stay. Our only concern was a bit musty smell downstairs.

Lovely stay with a perfect host
Kathmore is a fantastic place and I’d definitely stay again! Our host was very friendly and accommodating; couldn’t ask for a better host. The room was clean and comfy and to a high standard. Highly recommend!

Amazing guest house and cannot fault anything. Free parking, excellent clean rooms with all facilities you can imagine, even dressing gowns and extra fleeces. 5 minutes to shops, very friendly and didn’t want to leave :)

We enjoyed a lovely evening in Oban. We were met on arrival and shown all the facilities. Our room was excellent with everything we needed. The location is great also just being in the town. Excellent all round.

Very nice B&B handily situated for the ferry terminal. We received a genuinely warm welcome and it was so nice to have ample parking to the rear of the property. Room was fine as was the ensuite. Good breakfast with extensive choice.

I really appreciated the homeliness and welcome we received at Kathmore, it is a prime example of hospitality. We can certainly recommend using this bed n breakfast hotel and hope we will return again.

Great value on a clean bnb
Great little bnb within walking distance to most things. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Value is really nice. The only thing i would change is the comforter. It's very heavy and a bit too warm for my liking but i imagine in the cooler winter months it's perfect.

Room 1. 1 night. Parking out back. Safe.First impressions. Wow lovely and clean. Bathroom small but ok extra amenities. Room ok tea coffee biscuit hot chocolate water wine glasses dressings gowns. Town walking distance ok. Staff lovely. Would definitely stay again. Covid aware good. Room was next to road and breakfast lounge couldn't hear a thing. So quite.

Great guest house
Lovely, comfortable place to stay,. Very clean and a tasty breakfast. Only a 5 minute walk into Oban Town so not a bad location. Although located on a main road, it has plenty of off road parking. Yes we will return... Love Scotland.
