Welcome to the Americana Condos 10th street, One of Ocean City Maryland’s condo rentals,located downtown at 107 10th street, just a minute away from the famous ocean city boardwalk.
The Americana Condos has a private parking lot and is a secure building, with key-card entry and video monitoring. The ground level area is for used for parking. We have and indoor pool on the second floor and a sun deck on the third floor facing the ocean side whilst the condos balconies are facing the bay with its beautiful sunsets.
Enjoy a luxurious open floor plan in this newly built 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, Ocean City condo with ceramic tile floors all areas of the condo. The kitchen features full granite counter tops and a fully-equipped kitchen. This unit includes a full size washer and dryer and central air and heat. The building does not allow smoking or pets.
The kitchen looks into the living area with a nice comfy couch and coffee table facing a 42'’ high definition LCD TV.
Picture your own private balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean city bay side. Have a seat on one of the balcony chairs and set your drink down. Now your vacation begins!
The master bed room features 2 queen sized bed, a private entrance to the balcony, walk in closet, master bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub,
The 2nd bedroom features 2 queen sized beds, a nice sized closet, and a second full bathroom right next door.
The 3rd bedroom has either a full bed with a bunk on top+ a trundle bed or 2 bunk beds(ask our staff about either)
The condo also offers free WIFI a full set of linens and towels and a laundry room.

It is what it is.
It’s a very open space with the bare minimum provided. My friends and I just stayed and our ages ranged from 21-25 and it was perfect for us, but I could see how this wouldn’t be an ideal situation for most families.

THE MATTRESSES! The bed I slept on (master bedroom on the right facing the beds) was by far the worst mattress of my life. I’m fairly certain the kitchen table would’ve been a better choice. But I really liked the property. The other reviews are correct, it’s a bit sandy and lacks some amenities one would expect to find in a condo, but I’ve seen far worse in ocean city. I would consider visiting again in the future but would absolutely need to bring a mattress pad or something.

Very spacious condo that could have been cleaner and lacked basic necessities. The living room furniture is worn out and there weren’t enough seats to accommodate a large group. Holes in the couch pillows. The patio door handle is about to fall off, a broken stool. Tiny TV in living room. No TV’s in the bedrooms. No decorations at all. Would I stay there again? If it was the ONLY place available and I was desperate. I’d be prepared and bring bath mats, drinking glasses glasses, silverware, and hangers.

Spacious Condos
For a large group (12), this rental was very accommodating and in a great location. This property is only one block from the beach and boardwalk, and if you want to hit any of the bars/clubs, you can easily ride the bus up and down the beach for only $3 a day. There were a few issues that prevent me from rating this higher. The condo was not very clean (floors not swiffered/couches and condo had slight odor.) There were no forks or kitchen knifes in the fully furnished kitchen. Some of the lightbulbs in the fixtures were out. There was a sizable security deposit which we were unaware of, required at the time of check in. We did get a couple parking passes however, so that was a plus! I would come again, but only because it was relatively inexpensive for three nights.

Honest Review
Renting this property was not the best experience we have had. The condo was not clean to our expectations and did not offer all the amenities as described. The condo was spacious enough to sleep 14 people however with only one parking spot allowed it made it challenging with 2 vehicles. While it worked for a long weekend we wouldn’t stay here again. The location was convenient to both the beach and boardwalk.
