With a stay at this cozy, second-floor condo, you'll be just two blocks from the beach, the Boardwalk, and several other popular downtown attractions. This splendid condo has been newly furnished, including new bedding, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, and a toaster oven. New flooring is done for the bathroom and the whole condo is freshly painted for the summer of 2024.
This vacation rental boasts a full kitchen to make preparing home-cooked meals or heating up leftovers a snap! Dine together or play board games at the table for six, and then kick back on the futon and channel surf in the evenings. Guests will also enjoy access to the shared, outdoor pool when it's time to really chill out back home.
Ocean City offers plenty of easy-access, family-friendly fun up and down the shore. Walk the historic, three-mile-long Boardwalk with its midway-style games, seaside treats, street performers, and unique shops. Head north just two miles to check out the rides at the Jolly Roger Amusement Park or race down the water slides at the Splash Mountain Water Park. And if you want to head out on the water, book an offshore fishing expedition through a number of local marinas. And while there are several restaurants within walking distance, be sure to check out Pickle's Pub offers pub fare and craft beer as well as Pizza Mambo for curbside pickup and delivery.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
