The hotel location was great and the room was clean in general. The front staff were accommodating as well. The only thing I wish they had was luggage carts for use by the guests. Only way to get it was through a baggage porter.

The front desk staff were extremmelly welcoming and nice. The room service staff was excellent. However, the room was so gross. The sink had hairs all in it. A lot that resembled a gentlemen or ladies shrubbery. The chairs at the kitchen table were all filthy with sticky film and crumbs. The bed pillows, just two, so better than all four, also had hair on it but at least from top. A side note, while the location was great & the view was great the room itself is dated. The carpet isn't even attached to floor anymore and the overall smell of the room was very moldy and musty. Would not recommend.

Great having a bedroom, full kitchen and living room space. We appreciated having 2 TV's in 2 separate spaces...no conflicts over what to watch. Multiple elevators so service was fairly quick. Hotel libbies nicely decorated with Christmas decor. Very friendly staff from the front desk, bellman, maid staff and restaurant staff. Easy access to the beach, oceanfro t room was great for the early sunsunrises and susunsets. The only compliant would be that the living room furnishings, especially the sofa was worn and dated. The sofa cushions offered no support when sitting. All the walls and wall hang8ngs could stand abeing updated given the hotel being a Hilton brand.

We love the suit layout, but taking showers was difficult. Climbing into the Jacuzzi was a challenge for my 80-year-old spouse, and there was no handheld shower attachment.
