****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

The beautiful indoor pool allows for relaxing swims year-round, while the fitness center will help you keep that "beach body" in tip-top shape. Perhaps a challenging game of tennis at the outdoor court is more your style or a shooting some hoops at the indoor basketball court? The kids will love the game room that features video games, ping pong table, pool table and an air hockey table. For those looking for peace and quiet, stop by the building library and find a good book for your stay!
This unit is ready to make your vacation memorable. This amazing 2 BR 2 BA unit sleeps 6 and features tastefully decorated flooring and furniture in the living areas. The kitchen features granite countertop, newer appliances and has everything you need for cooking your meals from home. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the unit too! There are TV's in the living room along with both bedrooms and wireless internet for "working from home". When you are done from your fun filled day, be sure to relax on the balcony to enjoy that cool summer breeze and your view of the ocean!

* A $75 non-refundable building registration fee is due upon arrival. The fee entitles you to one numbered parking spot. An additional spot may be available for an additional fee on a first come/ first served basis. All parking is handled by the onsite security desk.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* This condo is on the 4th floor. Capri is an elevator building.
* The indoor pool is open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Beachfront building.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 110th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

Always love our stay at capri

Only disappointment was our stay was over winter hoping for swim time with the littles. The pool was absolutely freezing. Tried to reach out via vrbo and got a response that they only handle the registrations. Apparently condo owners were in the know there was a part replacement needed. Wish we knew ahead of time aboit the pool since that was the main entertainment for the littles in the off season. We would have chosen somewhere else to stay.

We loved this stay. It was great that they had an indoor pool and it was just steps away from the beach. The condo was a good size for two couples; very clean and comfortable.

The condo was very nice, the online pics were pretty accurate. The only downside was the cleanliness of both bathrooms, they needed a good scrubbing!! The shower glass was covered in soap scum and the tracks were quite dirty. I think the cleaning crew is not doing a thorough job.

2nd time staying in this condo. It’s clean, updated, the kitchen is pretty well equipped and the location on the beach is wonderful. Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping.

This is a great place to stay! The building has a few amenities but others near it have better. However, the condo was perfect. The beds are small but nice; everything is clean and quiet. I would stay here again.

The property is just mediocre, and the showers were so filthy, I only took a sponge bath. My husband was braver! The property manager was quick to respond but the showers were too far gone to rectify. It would have taken hours to clean.

We loved our short trip during off season. Our condo was very homey feeling and beautifully decorated. Location of condo was perfect. Beds and couches were comfortable. We would stay here again! And the host/condo management very nice and accommodating!

Summer Vacation

The property was great! It was exactly as advertised and location was perfect. It was clean and had all the supplies one might need. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars for clean was becauae there was hair on the bathroom floor and the couches should be vacuumed under the cushions. Other than that, it was all around perfect and will most likely stay here again if returning to Ocean City.

Beautiful condo

The condo was clean and homey feeling! Extremely spacious with enough closet space! The building was nice with a beautiful swimming pool, game room and mini library! You are right on the beach for those beautiful warm days with amazing sunshine’s! Pretty much everything you need is within walking distance.

Great winter getaway

This was a very nice building and the condo was as described. Wonderful views. The condo was bright and clean, the kitchen was very nice. The indoor pool was large, clean and bright. The game room wasn't the best, the machines ate most of the money. The building itself was clean and nicely decorated for Christmas. The security staff were all very friendly. Our only small complaint was the lack of luggage carts when we were leaving. People must have taken them the night before and "hoarded" them in their condos, since we saw no one using them as we made multiple trips to bring everything down to pack our cars.
