The motel virtual check-in was extremely easy. There is someone at the desk Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Virtual staff was easy to contact with issues and followed up by house keeping staff. Also there were staff cleaning and preparing breakfast each day. Breakfast was a variety of items - fruit, yogurt, make your own waffles, cereal etc. Did not see butter - so might have been out and could not determine how to use the toaster. Was able to find something nourishing each morning. Motel room was clean - had working hairdryer, coffee/ hotwater maker, TV, iron & ironing board, and microwave. Felt safe and the nights during my stay it was quiet. Main reason I thoroughly enjoyed this property was its close proximity to Bonita Springs downtown - coffee shops, restaurants, lovely parks, and understand the Trackside establishment has great donuts!! Fun jogs/walks to this delightful area about about a block away.

THESE PEOPLE ARE CRIMINALS!!!
Incompetent staff overcharged by $200 and refuse to release funds until I check out. There appears to be blood on the curtains and mold on the shower head! Find a better hotel in the area where they have actual people and not kiosks. You've been warned... Edited 10/27/24..... So after I wrote the initial review with the price gouging the plot thickens. The hotel has roofers working that blew debris all over the vehicles parked. The common sense to notify or block off the area apparently slipped past the staff! Apparently while I was resting in the hotel the roofers knocked a roof tile off and it struck my vehicle. I notified the people in the kiosk (remember there is no management on site.) and was told that someone would be here on Sunday morning to discuss the matter with me. I stayed on the property all day waiting for this manager to show up and nobody came. But someone did fix the roof tile that fell. Thank God I have pictures or these clowns would outright deny anything happened! This facility has gone from incompetent to downright criminal. I have attempted several times to contact the property by phone and cannot get an answer from anyone. STAY AWAY FROM HERE! I cannot stress this enough. Final Chapter this horrendous weekend. At 45 minutes before check out somebody claiming to be the manager finally contacted me. I was notified that there are no cameras on the property despite photo evidence to the contrary, and that they cannot prove that any damage happens from

Great stay in Bonita
The Baymont was a very comfortable stay. They've remodeled the interior with a modern look. The room was well furnished, had comfortable beds, and I had a patio on the pool deck. As a resident of the area, and staying here because of hurricane damage, I can tell you that it's conveniently located to much of the Bonita Springs offerings. Some other info: 1. The front desk is unstaffed. There's a kiosk that connects you to a video call center in India (presumed). It worked well, and the guy on the other end was friendly and efficient. The kiosk dispenses the room key, scans your license, etc. 2. They have a complementary breakfast, but it's pretty basic. Bread/muffins, cereal, and the standard waffle machine. Cold items included hard boiled eggs and yogurt.
