Very old tired motel, not in the best condition.
Room smelled and train runs through the area every few hours blowing it’s horn... Difficult to sleep at night.
As a woman traveling alone, safety would be #1. The safety latch was broken/missing. The room didn't feel very clean. There were stains on the carpet. The shower had mold. The flooring in the bathroom was cheap, not tile. The kind that bubbles up when it gets wet (which it was doing). It felt somewhat squishy when i stepped on it. I'm pretty easy to please and don't expect much for a cheap motel. But this was one of if not the worst. I won't stay at another Rodeway.

Needs a little updating. For price it was just ok.
Three light bulbs missing. The tv volume kept going in and out. The bathroom light didn't even work. The ac smelled like old underwear. The owners owner's personality was just as bad. The building looks like it has been abandoned. Don't go....just sleep in your car in the next hotel's parking lot. Save yourself!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
Friendly staff made a huge impression. A bit outfated but comfortable and clean.
This motel is the dirtiest I have stayed in. I actually cleaned the room before I got to take a shower. Bedding had something on it. Front desk person was very hard to understand and very rude.
The sheets has holes and stains in them, the locks in the door didn’t work and the door frame was broken to where you couldn’t keep the door shut all the way (looks like someone had kicked the door in) the sink had better water pressure than the shower and the shower had no temperature control. The beds are very old to where you can feel each individual spring in your back. I didn’t expect much for a $60 hotel but this was pretty bad. Should have just spent the extra $10 and stayed at the comfort Inn or one of the other hotels near by.
This is one of those where you get what you pay for! It was in I’ll repair- with cracked, moldy caulking and peeling paint. No hair dryer. 3 light bulbs were burned out or missing. The owner fixed those after we requested . The bed was comfortable and pillows. Breakfast is jus packaged breads and doughnuts and two juices and coffee. It is quite run down - the office has a lot of peeling paint. The room smelled musty when we entered. After running the AC it was not so strong. It is just quite outdated and run down. An update is very much in order .
The electrical wiring consisted of 2 outlets and two power strips. The pillows smelled of mildew, the sheets were clammy and the shower had mold in it. The door and frame did not meet at the bottom. I left one half hour into my stay.
It was ok, the room needs a Tlc but the bed was nice! I’m a maintenance man for a living, so I know good and it was ok? I will stay there again. I just always pray the wash the sheets.
Check in was less than pleasant, after traveling for 15 hours and stopping. Instantly the property was not appealing but walking in the office the guy wasn’t very friendly. The room was not clean, broken, and just down straight gross. The walls were separating and mold like substance was growing in the bathroom. The toilet barely flushed and the mattress was paper thin with an extra small tv on the wall.
The bathroom was in very poor condition, floor in bathroom uneven, holes in floor, gross! Stains on carpet, sheets not clean! Will never stay there again!
