The lady at the front office was really sweet and helpful but one of the beds wasn’t clean. Sheets had dirty spots and hairs. Duvet had yellow spots. Got clean sheets. Everything else was fine.

When we arrived, there were no towels in the bathroom and the TV did not work. We were moved to a new room for the TV worked, but it was still lacking towels. We had to take towels from our first room to the second room to make sure that we had enough.

The staff were all very friendly. The pool was nice and warm. My family also really enjoyed the breakfast which included a mixture of cold (cereal, bagels) and warm (waffles, sausage, eggs) foods. We really enjoyed our stay!

We go often to Ogden to see our family. We decided to stay here because it was closer to my grandkids. One thing we ALWAYS do is bring our grandkids to go swimming. Not at this place. You will be charged $40 a person no matter the age. This is BS! I have never encounter this and if we knew whe would NEVER have stayed here. We have a special needs granddaughter and brought her over to swim only to find out on the inside door of the pool was a note stating anyone not staying at the hotel will be charged the $40. Nowhere on the website or anywhere else except the inside door of the pool did it state the rule. So we had to tell my special needs granddaughter she couldn't go swimming. She does not understand why she couldn't swim and was very upset. We could have avoided the melt down if we had know before inviting her to swim. It's a Ridiculous rule. They need to let you know upon check in and post the sign where everyone can see it. We have never ran into this rule anywhere else. Made me so angry. The hotel itself was smelly but our room wasn't bad. Another thing there was people hanging out in the parking lot all night. I was worried our car was going to be broken into but nothing happened.
