In-town - .3 mile walk to Marginal Way
This lovely 375 sf 1 Bedroom, 2nd floor apartment was entirely renovated in April of 2018 and is new to rental market. Perfect for a getaway for two, it is nestled in a quite family neighborhood. Park your car and walk to the beach, downtown restaurants and shops - marginal way is .3 miles, the beach - .7 miles, trolley stop - .3 miles.

The apartment is located on the second floor on the right side of the main house with exterior steps leading to its own private entry and deck/balcony with seating for 2. There is off street parking for 1 full sized vehicle..

The kitchen is stocked with cookware, lobster pot, dishware, utensils, glassware, stove/oven, refrigerator, and a Keurig coffee maker. (Guests must provide all their own meals.)

Living room equipped with a Smart TV, cable and wifi, Fujitsu split unit providing a/c and heat.

Bedroom - Queen sized bed and linens provided. Small closet with wall unit clothing storage inside.

Bathroom - Oversized stand-up shower, Bath towels, facecloths, and hand towels are provided by the owners.

Bike storage is available - please ask property manager for the specific location if needed.

If you will need beach towels please request prior to your stay.

Great Little Above-Garage Apartment

We stayed in Ogunquit for a week and found this apartment to be very clean, convenient to Perkins Cove, the Marginal Way, and shopping/restaurants. We walked and biked most everywhere. The apartment had everything we needed. Ogunquit is a quaint, coastal town--loved it!

Beautiful Ogunquit setting

A lovely place, surrounded by trees and beautiful landscaping, and convenient to beach, town and Marginal Way. We especially enjoyed the backyard deck, and having a grill was a great plus. Small, but very comfortable with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Would be happy to stay there again.

Perfect stay

Perfect spot to stay in Ogunquit and close to everything. Easy walk to Marginal Way or town. We were so glad to call this private and peaceful apartment our “home” for the 9 day stay. Be prepared for a small unit that is perfect for 2. Great use of space for storage. The private patio overlooking the back yard was amazing! Hope to be back someday. Thank you.

We loved our stay and plan to return again. Charming, very clean, comfortable apartment in an ideal location--a quiet residential neighborhood with easy walk to Ogunquit town beach, Marginal Way, restaurants. The only possible downside for longer stays is there is no access to washer/dryer.

Everything Perfect!

This place is 'above and beyond' in every single area! The house itself offers all we could need; very well laid out with a spot for everything. We were greeted by the owner of the property, who lives downstairs; very personable, friendly, and helpful. Then, there is the absolute 'stillness' of the cozy and charming neighborhood!! It is so quiet in the day, and even more at night. About the only sound is the singing of the birds in the morning. The town is 'walkable,' and charming, with several great restaurants. (We used the market for 'ready made' lunches, snacks, and 'extras.') The Marginal Way is walkable, and worth a morning's time, easily. Perkins Cove proves to be totally charming, with more eateries, shops, and scenery. Again, the whole time for us was a 'Gold Star' all around! Thanks VRBO!

Ogunquit at its best!

My wife and I truly enjoyed the comforts and close proximity to the heart of Ogunquit that your apartment provided! We walked everywhere which is something we always enjoy when traveling! This sweet apartment was tastefully appointed in every way! The neighborhood is quaint (true New England style) and quiet! It is just a quick walk into town if you want the ambiance that this quaint town provides! We look forward to a return visit!

Exactly as advertised.

The property looked exactly as depicted. Very clean and well designed small space. It was the perfect size for my husband and I for our four night stay. We packed our bikes and really enjoyed casually biking to the beaches and restaurants in oquinquit that were less than a mile; although it can be a bit treacherous on the main street! The space was a perfect home base and would love to stay again if we come back to the area.

Cute place for a couple……good location

This is a very sunny cozy apartment for two with a nice deck. We enjoyed sitting out in the early evening. It is an easy walk to the beginning of marginal way, shops, restaurants and the beach. The bedroom does have a slanted roof on one side. So, moving around the bed on one side to get out of the room was difficult at night. I am only 5 foot 10 inches and I hit my head once and barely missed hitting my head 3 other times. So, a taller person may have some difficulty. The bedroom is bright in the morning and might benefit from curtains in addition to the blinds. We plan to come again and still rated the room with all 5’s. It was delightful.

Great stay!

We loved staying at this property. It is so cute and cozy but not too small. It was perfect for my boyfriend and I for three weeks. We could walk to town and the beach. Ogunquit is a special place and we absolutely loved it. Ryan was responsive throughout the whole booking process and when we were on property. The apt is on top of a home which is owned by the nicest man. Total privacy though and there is a private entrance. Overall a great stay, highly recommend.

Upstairs apartment perfect for a couple of able bodied adults. Very snail but has everything, very quiet. Should remove photo of fireplace from description as you are not allowed to use it. Located within walking distance to everything.

Gem in Ogunquit!

Adorable newly renovated 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apt that’s walking distance to everything! Super clean and comfortable oasis in an amazing town. Ryan was really easy to work with and the automatic coded door lock made coming and going a dream. The unit has everything you need for a quick long weekend stay or for lovely extended week stay. Definitely will recommend to friends and family if traveling to the area! If you’re working from the apt and require internet, we found that the wireless works best with only 1 device connected. Can’t wait to come back soon!
