Our bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed. Their first option was to tell us a maintenance person would be able to fix it the next morning. We were checking out the next day. After the front desk trying to fix the door themselves, they finally moved us to another room. The sheets in the second room were so worn and pilled from over use. They weren’t comfortable at all. Will not stay here again.

Overall a good place to stay. Room was clean. It did have a small odor but nothing too bad. The room is showing some age. Needs a paint job and the bathroom had rust on the light fixtures and shower. Mattress was a little hard for my liking. Breakfast was good. The breakfast attendant was amazing. Overall, I was happy with the stay. I would stay there again.

The whole thing was a bit off. My first room AC was busted in 202, and the toilet kept running. The next room had an extremely strong cigarette smell. There was also a potent and pungent cleanser aroma. The hallways also smell of heavy cigarette smoke. I’ve stayed in hotels where other people smoked… and wasn’t this affected by it. I was not told/asked if I wanted a non-smoking floor. I assumed it was a non-smoking hotel. The staff seemed to bumble a bit as far as payment went with my virtual card. I was also charged for the WiFi in the room I had to change. Won’t be back, but wanted to mention training and care go a long way.

The property is old and rooms run down. The room smelled like some one smoked in it, even if it was a non smoking room. The walls and doors had stains them. The night stand had sticky drink stains on it. The bed headboard had dust bunnies on it like it hadn’t been dusted in ages. The bathroom floor had something sticky on it. Just poor poor poor.

The room had an odor, musty, likely from the HVAC. Return air vents were dusty. The shower floor was dirty and the shower door did not close. The paint in the room was clearly touched up in various areas creating a patchwork effect. Overall, the property is run down. Staff were friendly.

The property and staff at this hotek are very nice. The one and only issue, and this is not just this hotel, is that the mattresses in rooms for the disabled are downright uncomfortable. The people are suffering enough without having beds made out of hard materials that make them suffer more.

One of the walls had something spilled on it. We tried to turn on a floor lamp and it sparked making the circuit breaker turn off. We call to have it back on and waited over 40 minutes. We were trying to get ready to check out but we had no power. We decided to just check out.
