I had a great stay at Grand Hyatt Goa, and the staff truly made a difference. Celestina handled both check-in and check-out smoothly, making the process completely hassle-free. She also sent small treats to our room each day, which was a thoughtful touch and she made our stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Sonu from housekeeping, who was quick to bring us extra towels and water whenever we needed them. His help made our stay more comfortable, and it didn’t go unnoticed. The hotel itself is beautiful, but it’s really the people who make it stand out. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our experience better, and I’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This is a very clean and nice resort to stay. We stayed there for 4 nights and the hospitality is unbelievable. I wish we could stay longer The beach is right there. They have various restaurants too. It was a very welcoming resort and will stay there again!

Beautiful property, great staff. Our waiter Mr Gladney was superb, he knew everything on the menu so well & enjoyed our amazing lunch because of him and also the chefs at Taj. We also loved Mr Cedric the Singer at the hotel, every evening at the pub he saw lovely classic & modern songs , we loved his singing. We ordered room service & they made us off menu items on request, thank you the the chef & room service team. Overall highly recommend TAJ, they always go above & beyond expectations. Well done to Taj team.
