Everything was wonderful except the over night temperature of room was stifling hot. We don’t know if there was a way to turn that down. Even after fireplace had been off for several hours it was terrible I ended up opening windows around 2am and that helped a bit. That is only complaint—and maybe it was just our lack of knowing if there was a thermostat. Otherwise it was amazing

So cozy and inviting. We really enjoyed the game room and breakfast.

The receptionist were very accommodating and gave us an early check in before we could hit the slope ! Very sweet people in the property

I have read a lot of reviews on this property and I always try to steer clear of the bad reviews to let myself in on the experience so I can find out When you speak on “updating” and such, you must keep in mind the Nostalgia of this sport and what this mountain has down to maintain the East Coast Lodge vibe. My family of four , kids 10 and 16; had the BEST 4 days of Spring skiing and swimming outside in the heated pool. We had a studio only booked but decided to bring kids- they allowed an upgrade yes at my cost with no problem- From the 1 bedroom suite with a balcony and a whirlpool tub looking over the mountain, the D Lift, and pool, we couldn’t complain on the extra spent to give us space with our kids. From the Sauna, the ski check, the stream room, the workout room, to the hot tubs and pool, we loved every second and honestly didn’t wanna leave for our last leg of the trip…. Dinner at Van Winkles was so so good. Despite any negative reviews, I am leaving my extremely positive experience here for y’all to see. Book the trip! and Visit Woodstock. And the Candlestock store. Apres!

The young woman at the front desk upgraded my stay. She was engaging and pleasant, and added to the enjoyment of my stay. Will certainly recommend the Woodstock Way and will definitely return.
