This hotel is amazing!!! The grounds are beautiful, rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are really friendly. We loved that its right at the train station, which was super convenient. The food in the restaurant is excellent!

The property was really nice and clean. It was very close to everything and the breakfast was exceptional.

The owner of the property was amazing and very kind. He helped me to find drivers to Cusco airport from Ollantaytambo and prepare the breakfast for me to take when I had to catch a 5 am train. The place is next to the mountain and very peaceful... Thank you for hosting me.

There was a miscommunication on my reservation and what Hotels.com gave me and my cousin and I showed up to the property with single room booked! The hotel was able to adjust our reservation to a double room at no charge - and this was completely my mistake not paying close enough attention at booking.... They were absolutely nothing but kind, caring, and very accommodating! The rooms have a bit of a walk, or some of them you repel into - and it can be a bit treacherous at night. The staff walked us to and from to ensure our safety and showed us the property and amazing views of the sky and Ollantaytambo. I can't want to come back again!

Outstanding property and stay, especially for the value paid. The hotel staff truly went above and beyond for the duration of our stay. Stunning views from the Terrace. Excellent breakfast in the AM.
