friendly staff. hard to get to and the 2nd elevator always took you to the 6th floor before it would take you to the one you pushed. The fact that they lay the towels outside the door and don't take them in the room even if you are staying two nights and want fresh towels and trash emptied. Otherwise very clean to stay at and the water and coffee in the room is good but the refrigerators need to be looked at for they make a lot of noise if you turn them pass 2.

Stopped for the night on an 18 hour trip. The staff was friendly easy going and laid back. Our room was clean. Check in was easy. Would definitely stay there again!

Room and elsewhere were very clean and bed very comfortable. However, sleep was disrupted due to cigarette smoke coming from somewhere - not hotel's fault though. Breakfast, especially the eggs, was good.

Not a good stay!
Short of help & to wait until 3pm for check in. Desk clerk couldn’t speak English very well, hard to understand. Charged me extra a night for two pets & I only had a small dog. Very unhappy, will probably never use Hotels.com again!!
