It was ok. No coffee cream, just flavored cream. The service person told me to use milk and not worry about wasting the carton. Pastries were like you see in a cheep continental breakfast. The muffins were sticky, like they were frozen. I thought we were getting a good deal until we had to pay $27 a night for parking.

Swear smell on the first floor room
When we first walked into the room it smelled like a sewer. Called the front desk, they sprayed the room with Lysol. The room continued to smell worse to where you could smell it in the hallway. They came back and just gave us Lysol to spray. It was gagging us as we walked in. There were never coffee mugs or bowls to use at breakfast, and the breakfast area was filthy with no staff picking up or cleaning.

POSITIVES: Perfect location right in the middle of downtown and 9 minutes from the airport. We met for a family trip and had 4 rooms here. Breakfast in the morning and drinks/snacks at night are nice perks. Service is great. Kids liked the pool. NEGATIVES: This place must not pay their cleaners well. When we checked in the room stunk so bad we bought candles to not have to smell the musty foot aroma for the week we were there. Also they clean and give service every day, but it's all the minimum effort. New towels, garbage emptied, but under the sink in the bathroom there are huge stains and dust bunnies just sitting there. It really makes you think about how clean the sheets, couches, blankets, etc must be if they're just providing a surface level clean. I would probably be horrified if we were to shine a black light in the room. And again, the smell... like a sweaty gym locker room.

Entry is confusing and i wasnt sure i was in the right place at first. Parking is in addition to the hotel fees. Valet or self park close by but you walk in a back door that is not nearly as welcoming as the main entrance. Hotel is clean. Pool is very small. Beds were average. Breakfast was above average. Overall a positive experience but not sure id go back given so many opportunities in the area
