Just okay
So many small details were a miss. The luggage carts all have flat tires, which make moving belongings in and out a chore. The entry door is a standard door width, not a double door or an automatic door, which adds to the difficulty. The lobby layout was awkward and disquieting. The elevator was meh and overall the facility was dingy and worn down. We arrived after dark and left before sunrise, so it was hard to tell much about the surroundings, although it was close to a business park, so it was fairly quiet outside.

Very impressed!
Excellent facility! Bed was perfect, not too hard, not too soft and they pillows were pretty good too. Next time i go i will remember to take my own coffee creamer. Went to front desk to ask for more (i only had 3 in my room), and was told they were out but the delivery truck would be there in an hour. I didnt want to wait an hour! They have really affordable rates for more than just the usual bed and shower room, you get a kitchenette-complete with a dishwasher and full sized refrigerator! I will stay here again

Billing issues. Double charged. . I had to go and find the front desk clerks after 45 minutes of waiting for them in the lobby then had had to wait 4 days for the refund. It was inconvenient. Other than that, we love this hotel and will be staying there again soon.

We had an amazing stay. The staff was beyond helpful. The rooms were nice, the only complaint I would have is that our room’s air conditioning was broke so we couldn’t turn it off but we ended up not minding it too much. Will definitely be back

Sadly check in didn't go well but property said it was Expedia's fault for not booking our rooms. So after around 30 -40 minutes we were given two rooms. One of the rooms was noisy, spiders webs with spiders in them, toilet that continually flushed, aircon that didn't switch off on the unit (but found out in the morning that the controls were on the wall) And a roach on the bed!! Not a good experience from start to finish. One to avoid!!
