Regency Isle 411 is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 baths condo with amazing views of the Gulf from the 4th floor.

• Access to the oversized balcony is from the living room and primary bedroom

• Tile flooring is throughout the unit

• Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a Keurig Coffee Maker, and a wet bar. The dining room table seats six and there are four bar stools for additional seating.

• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed with a Temperpedic LUXE-breeze mattress which feels up to 8 degrees cooler throughout the night. The primary bathroom features a walk-in shower and a whirlpool tub.

• The second bedroom also has a king-size bed with a Temperpedic LUXE-breeze mattress and a set of twin XL bunk beds. *Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk.

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry!

• One assigned parking space is included in the two-car maximum. No guarantees can be made for a second vehicle. Parking for a second vehicle is first-come, first-serve in unmarked spaces. No trailers are allowed on the property at any time.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

Great place to stay!

It was clean, had a great layout with plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out, and a great location! We really loved the beach view from the master bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked with any dishes we needed to prepare food. Communication with the host was wonderful! The beach was clean and the water was clear and beautiful!

Had a pleasant experience with the iTrip team. Communications were excellent prior to, during, and after our stay. Regency Isle 411 was very comfortable for the two of us old fogies. We had no other travelers with us, so did not use the 2nd bedroom. Even with temps reaching the freezing mark, we still enjoyed the change of scenery from central Indiana, and avoided two snowstorms in our home area throughout our vacation week.

Perfect Getaway

We were looking for an escape from the snow. Beautiful sand, sunshine, and a short walk to entertainment is just what we wanted. This location was great. The unit was well appointed and spotless. We will be back!

Everything was good. Construction in the rooms around us starting at 6:30 AM was not ideal. I would bring your own towels. Otherwise everything was clean and nice. The way they describe the parking in the email is confusing but just park in the space marked for your condo.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Orange Beach. We frequent OB multiple times a year but this was our first time staying in this unit. It is very updated (the master bath could use a little updating) and the bed was VERY comfortable. Our friends stayed in the second bedroom and stayed it was very comfortable as well. This unit would be perfect for a family with children as it had bunk beds in the second room as well. We walked to FloraBama one day for lunch which was nice. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone!!

Great family condo in orange beach

This was our third time staying at this condo and we enjoy it each time. It’s a gorgeous view and super easy beach/pool access. We enjoy having the indoor and outdoor pool options for our young kids. The condo is fabulous, but I will admit that the one roll of toilet paper and half a roll of cheap paper towels and zero cooking accessories (not even salt/pepper) is a downer. However that is definitely the fault of the rental company and not the condo owner. We’ve just been spoiled by all the wonderful amenities at previous rentals.

PERFECT!

This condo was exceptional! It was large enough for 2 adult couples to feel relaxed and not cramped. The beds were the best ever at a rental condo- yes both! (We did not utilize bunk beds). The BALCONY was the absolute “cherry on top”.. wide and spacious. Everything was top-notch! Seriously hoping to be invited back and stay in October!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Best Part of Our Trip

The condo was even better than advertised. My wife and four daughters loved it as much as I did. We loved the location of this condo in relationship to the other condos in the same building. It was at the far west end so very private with little foot traffic outside. The view from the extra large private balcony was AMAZING. Every morning I would get a cup of coffee and watch the most amazing sun rises and in the evenings we would finish our days with the sounds of crashing waves. The parking was easy to find, enter and exit. I had absolutely zero safety concerns for me and my family during our visit. The condo was clean and the decor was perfect for our week at the beach. The layout of the condo provided the necessary privacy while allowing a great space for family together time. The condo had many dishes which left us wanting for nothing. The large capacity ice machine was my families favorite appliance after returning from our morning runs or the day at the beach. The only thing I could even consider as a negative was that there wasn't any cupboard space to put away groceries. Overall we had a wonderful vacation and the condo was the best part because it delivered far more than expected. 10 out of 10 🌊⛱️☀️

AMAZING Condo!!!

I can’t say enough good things about this condo! My husband and I don’t have one negative comment to make about it. It truly was perfect in every way! Everything from the cleanliness of every room to the modern feel of the entire condo, we highly recommend staying here when visiting Orange Beach. We definitely will be a returning a customer!!
