Horrible experience

I received too much hustility from the front desk manager because I had made the booking through you guys and it was for 6 nights. So I reduced the reservations to 2 nights and promised not to do a weekly reservation. Also you show one price and then you charge extra which is not right.

Don’t expect too much from staff, seemed lonely, liked that it was close to McDonald’s a 1 minute walk overall we felt safe in the area! Good place to stay

The service was a 1000 times better. The customer service was perfect couldnt ask for a better place to lay my head. The lady at the front desk was very polite and respectful and also helped me out wirh every thing i needed. DEFINITELY COMING BACK

The Castaway is a good place to stay for the price. I've stayed here before. It is clean but always has a strong smell of bleach.

Pleasantly Surprised

Great management and staff. Beyond what is typical, especially in the lower price point. I frequent the McDonald's next door and meet quite a few people who stay there regularly. Will be back again.

They really don't clean well. First I found the microwave with spoiled food, who knows how long it had been in it, and then I found a sock that wasn't mine. At night, I don't know what happened, but they knocked on the window several times while I was sleeping in the middle of the night.
