We've been staying here for the past several years each time we visit the family, we like the space and it's decent. We tried to book last Sept, but they said it was closed for renovation. When we came back and checked that it had reopened, we booked for several nights due to a death in the family. Excited to see the changes, but only to be disappointed that nothing was done and actually looked worse than we last remembered. The sofa mattress was filthy and so was the carpet. We had to disinfect the whole room and bought mattress cover for the main bed and new sheets and blanket as this would be our home for 5 days. The manager, Ms Dixon, was able to replace the sofa mattress which was awesome. She wasn't able to discount the stay rate, because it was purchased through a 3rd party, but is willing to accommodate after our stay is completed and reached out by Expedia.
