It was a very nice resort with the ability to go to the sister properties for all of the meals. The reservations were tough to come by at good times, but there were always options available.

If you have a room on the 3rd floor and stairs are not your friend this would be painful also never heard of a all inclusive that has non all inclusive it was very confusing and the shuttle service can be better

We stayed in the Divi Beach and Golf Resort, one of the four Divi resorts im close proximity. Loved the pool with pool bar/food. The golf cart shuttles provided by Divi are great, which allowed us to visit any of the restaurants in any of the Divi resorts. The staff were great, particularly the bartender Luisana at the pool bar.

This place was very inconsistent in every aspect. The service was sometimes good, sometimes really awful. I was brought dirty towels multiple times by staff. I called the front desk day 2 of my trip because they didn’t come clean the room, and the woman who answered the phone told me very rudely that the rooms were cleaned “only once a week, on Wednesdays, ok?!” I figured, whatever. But the next day & every day after that they came to slightly clean the room. Not sure if she was confused or lying or what but she was mean about it. The dining options were sometimes great, other times they weren’t. The first night I ate at windows, the food was amazing. The second time was just average. At mulligans I had a waitress with short hair named rose who was very rude & condescending. She brought me the wrong order and when I told her that, she snatched the plate away & rolled her eyes. Upon bringing the right one, she came to the table 3 times to condescendingly ask “is that better?” To which I responded “it’s the right order this time” but she kept coming back anyway. That was annoying. Every time after that, the servers were nice but the food was just meh. Ginger was consistently good every time. The service was great there. Paparazzi was alright, the service there was good. Most of the staff were nice, but those that weren’t were very rude.

Overall a good resort majority of the staff was AMAZING !!!!! stayed in an eagle room that was beautiful. Our first two rooms had lots of black mold, but the staff did a great job resolving the issue very very fast. I would come back !

Property is good. The pool little walk to the ocean very nice place. Food was good. Just the rooms are outdated. Terrible odor in them. Musty vents need to be clean full of dust and dirt.

Very nice visit. Low key and relaxing. A comfortable property with a short walk or shuttle ride to the beautiful beach made for a great trip. It was nice to come back from the beach in the afternoon and have a dip in the infinity pool while having a cocktail.
