This was my first all inclusive resort stay. It was absolutely beautiful, I loved that we were able to take the trolleys between the different dive properties. There was just some confusion in the beginning as to which property we were staying at and which restaurants were included which I think could be explained better. Other than that the beach is gorgeous and we had an amazing time!

Absolutely Beautiful! My husband and I had an amazing time from the cleanliness and comfort of the Villa, the wide selection and great tasting food to the ambiance throughout the resort. We certainly did not want to leave. Our visit was a 10/10 we plan to be come back to Aruba and Divi will be our choice!

Nothing at the resort is complementary. They charge for everything and if you request anything they will charge you and add 15 percent to it. It was hard to get a shuttle and most times no one answered the phone. Never got clean towels in my room and the food was not that good.

HIGHLY UPSET ! I paid extra for “All Inclusive” yet this place did not provide that experience. There was only one restaurant that was actually included . Everything else was at the other location and you had to make a reservation because everything closes early. There was no emphasis on making reservations during check in . Speaking of check in , Check in was at 4pm yet I didn’t get to my room until after 5pm . You also have to wait for a shuttle cart to take you everywhere . Room service was supposed to be included , when I tried to order the rude desk clerk cut me off and transferred me to a line that no one ever answered. I was left starving on my birthday and wasted money on cabs cause they kept telling me other places that were supposedly included in my package but were not . They didn’t even give any type of complimentary service or anything for my birthday. They also didn’t even provide water in the rooms. When I asked to speak to a manager about my experience it seemed no one knew how to provide customer service let alone be a manager. No one knew who was in charge of what. Ana the so called “guest experience manager “ had the nerve to tell me not only that she wouldn’t/ couldn’t help me , she told me she was “ too busy” !!!! Everyone was rude except Erwin who was not in a management position. This was the worst experience of my life at a resort . I felt stressed , unappreciated, frustrated, and robbed . All I wanted was a relaxing birthday trip but didn’t get it.

The property was filled with iguanas, challenging near pool, swim up bar and restaurant. Lizards everywhere running around. Noise due to construction. No upgrades to Expedia elite members as was informed on the website. I felt unsafe with this resort for the shuttle drivers who are rude, This shuttle crew member was really bad. Nov 3rd around 3pm we took a shuttle and the driver Romano (i think) was rude, made insensitive comments, drove rough. The kids were still getting on the shuttle and this driver started to move, unapologetic and careless.
