First of all for the VIP; it did not matter, then to get the vouchers for the drink we had to go back and request them; which were useless, since they did not have a bar, and the restaurant was booked. Then on top of it; they cleaned are room in the morning and left our hotel room door open all day; when we got back at 6pm. When we went back to speak to the front desk and management; they did not seem to care; all they asked was if the room was cleaned or not. So for VIP; there was no such thing; complimentary drinks; vouchers that were useless; and couldn't get us drinks. Was suppose to be a nice relaxing weekend for 3 nights. Was disappointed, and the Gym, is not a Gym.

Les employés à l'accueil étaient plus ou moins souriants. Ils donnent les informations au compte gouttes. Le matin, très bruyant sur les étapes. Portes de chambres claquées, résidents bruyants tôt le matin. Le personnel d'entretien débute tôt et sont bruyants.

Our family loved the natural environment and beautiful, green surroundings aroundthe hotel. Magog is a quiet, beautiful town and hotel is conveniently located. The hotel has spacious indoor spaces, rooms are ok. but maintenance has lagged behind, especially in shared areas, carpets are not clean. The towels are old and not looking/feeling fresh. Could use some improvement in these areas.

Le matelas était incroyablement ferme, la table de billard en piteux état et je ne comprendrai jamais pourquoi autant limiter le coffee mate et pourquoi ne pas laisser un peu de lait ou de crème dans le frigo des chambres. Sinon, la chambre est spacieuse et les lieux sont beaux.
