Don't ever stay here!
I made reservations for myself and family members to spend Sept 26th through Sept 28th because the hotel had a restaurant and bar that we were going to have dinner and drinks at to celebrate my son's wedding. When we arrived the restaurant and bar were under construction and not open. Jessica, the front desk manager offered me one night's room refund for our inconvenience. Jessica told me she would note my record that of such. When I called to get my refund, I was told that my record was not notated that I would receive a refund and I was told that my request for a refund was denied.

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. Even though it is an older facility, it is very well maintained and has a beautiful courtyard, gardens, and pool area. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and its price/value ratio is excellent. Truly, an unexpected pleasure.

This is a good hotel, but the pet price exceeds the average cost to other places. I have stayed here twice before for 1 week stays, but disappointed with pet policy. It says pets acceptable but outrageous for $150 a night.
