Great Property
We held a celebration for our daughter who was recently graduated from high school that consisted of family and friends from across the state. The property was more than adequate to host this celebration. The rooms were large and comfortable and common areas were all well decorated and spacious. Only drawback was that there was not a lot of kitchen utensils and the blender did not work. A great stay and we will happily return.

Don’t purchase heated jacuzzi/pool option
Charged me to heat jacuzzi and pool. Company never turned the heater on. Requested refund. Was asked to submit proof of payment, I did. Emailed several times asking for follow up. Never received refund. This was the only issue we had. Which is a big issue when you don’t receive what you paid for nor receive the refund.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property, but I think there were some hits and misses Hits: Location: very close to target with grocery, Marshall’s, Disney Spacious: house was really well laid out and we felt comfortable Community: we didn’t use them but the community has great amenities Pool: fun for kiddos to have pool on site for morning and even swims Misses: Management company: antagonistic and rude when I called to confirm pool and jacuzzi were heated. I had emailed 3 days in advance per the instructions given in the email from Dacovna. I never heard back so I called upon arrival and was told I needed to pay to have it heated. I never received the email requesting payment or knew that was the process so it wasn’t heated. I finally spoke with Pablo who was kind and helped us get our pool heated. It was nice once it was heated but the jacuzzi never was hot, just warm which was a bummer. Cleanliness: it was pretty good but there was brown stuff splattered on the wall in downstairs master bath. Lack of creature comforts: no trash bags, no dishwasher pods (2 would be nice), hand/bath soap were awful like sandpaper and turned half hard as a rock and half mush , ice maker barely made ice, carpet is yuck just put in LVP or tile.

WONDERFUL PLACE
This house was absolutely stunning.. It was big enough for all of our guests we had 10 plus people.. It was spacious, clean, very very welcoming. I would definitely recommend it to anybody who is taking a trip to Orlando because it's also very close to a lot of popular things

Great location
Stayed with my family. Great location and very clean. Only had minimal difficulty with unlocking the door with the keypad as it seemed to get a little jammed and didnt unlock unless lightly pushing up against the door. The code to get the key out of the box was also difficult but we managed.
