I do not recommend. Wonder Vacation Homes's website says "24/7 guest care". Wrong. Service is until 9 p.m. on weekdays & until 5 p.m. on weekends. This is not advised in the property posting. 1. Two showers had no cold water. 4 people tried to get the cold water to work. At 1:20 pm, we contacted service & were told a handyman was scheduled & would be coming. No show & no update. Rcv'd a response the next day at 1:30 p.m. after I inquired for an update. 2. TV in living room had one channel barely working, is on satellite, & not a smart tv as listed. Requested help & was advised that it was after 5. No services were available. When questioned, the response received was, "This is not a 24/7 service we provide. This is a small management company and as any human, we need rest." The listing states TV has streaming services, a DVD player, etc. Everything listed under ‘Entertainment’ is not on the property. 3. Listing states an electric car charging area is available, but there isn’t. I had to return to the airport & exchange my car at a higher rate b/c of short notice. 4. No access to the pool that is listed multiple times in the property posting. Warning: There is a $100 charge per day to use the pool. The only surcharge listed is for a "water park." "Outdoor pool access nearby" is on the same list, indicating it's separate from the water park. FAQ & About Property state there is an outdoor & children's pool (no fee is mentioned, & no mention of water park.)

The place itself was a good idea. The sheets and towels were not clean or in good condition . The housekeeping needs to use bleach! There was stains and hair in the bed and the pillows were terrible! The towels were not nice either. They need to clean the house better! Location was good for Disney parks. Quite location

This property was clean and quiet. The information that was provided was accurate for the property. It is close to a Walmart, dining options and the Disney parks. The house had the basics for cooking so if you are expecting things like baking sheets, they were not present. I will say that there was a lot of communication from the vendor that was managing the property and at points it was a bit overwhelming. We were receving something every day reminding us of parts of the contract that we signed.
