This unit has been completely renovated as of December 2018 with brand new furniture, TVs and linens. Nicest unit at Fantasy World at the most affordable prices. This stunning Kissimmee Townhouse is located in a lovely gated resort. You'll get to enjoy the resort's Swimming pool, Golfing, tennis, Ping-Pong, batting Cage etc! Never a slow day here!

The indoor golf is not included with your stay and need be paid on site if you want to play. Please see front desk or inside the clubhouse for more info about this feature.

We ask our guests to enjoy and treat our house with the same love and respect as the would their own home. For the comfort and better enjoyment of all present and future guests there is no smoking or pets allowed inside the house. The towels belong to our property, not the resort. Remember to always bring any towel back from the pool or else there will be a charge of 20 dollars each. 6 wristbands will be provided upon check in. The wristbands give you access to the pool area and clubhouse facilities and should be worn at all times. Please remember to return the wristbands when you get back into the house. In case of lost, there will be a charge of $50 per lost wristband. We reserve the right to retain the security deposit in total or partially in case of nonobservance of the house rules or damages or abuse. Please note that there is no hair and body soap! Enjoy your stay!

The amenities are managed Property Management, and from time to time they do require maintenance and may not be available. This is beyond our control. We apologize in advance if any of the facilities/amenities are under maintenance during your stay. No refunds will be given in this event.

From time to time certain offerings inside the condo (i.e. a blow dryer, cable TV, wifi, washer/dryer etc.) may break, become interrupted or go missing all together. Sometimes this happens without our prior knowledge as the previous guest might not inform us. We do apologize in advance if this occurs during your stay. If something like this occurs during your stay, please advise immediately so we can try to fix the problem as soon as possible. No refunds are given in either event.

Self-catered house. As a courtesy, we do leave you a few supplies to get you started until you have a chance to shop. You may find 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom (one in the holder and one extra), a roll of paper towel, a couple of trash bags, laundry detergent for a load, liquid dish soap, and some dishwasher detergent for the machine.


All other amenities will remain open, including the Oasis pool area, hot tubs, Tiki bar, gym, arcade room, and many others.

Great location & amenities.

Overall, nice place to stay. Centrally located to everything we were doing and food. Quiet place to sleep, but the walls are a little thin if the adjacent unit has kids staying and running around.Older establishment that had tried to be updated. Biggest complaint was the washer /dryer. The dryer took 3-4 cycles to dry clothes. No one had ever cleaned in that closet. Wife pulled out a lint bomb that it was a wonder it hadn't burned up from heat blockage.Internet is there but pretty much non-existent. We could not get it to connect to TV, phones, tablets. We made due, but the decriprtion of "spotty", is an understatement. Kids pool area was the saviour. The resort fees are a bit excessive, but still within people's affordability. All in all, 4 stars.

Very nice property and a lot to do. Very clean. Waterpark area, lazy river and hot tubs were the perfect touch! We highly recommend and can’t wait to be back! The only negative I will say is we were given 6 bracelets and 4 were broke. I messaged the owner and my question was not acknowledged.

Cozy with close proximity to pool

The property with was close to the community pool which came in handy with the back and forth with kids everyday.The place had all the amenities needed, including pool towels. One items I’d recommend adding, I also should have reviewed the listing items more closely, is shampoo and conditioner.Communication with the host prior, during and following our stay was prompt and proactive.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will be sure to visit again.

Quick Disney trip

Lovely townhome that fit our needs for a Disney trip. The down side was the water slide was under construction but the lazy river, hot tub and pool were great. We only did a short stay but there was plenty to do and could have easily stayed much longer.

Hurricane Drama

We had a wonderful family trip planned for 10/5-10/12 and everything was fine until Hurricane Milton ruined our plans. I will say, for the night we stayed, the property was nice, and we looked forward to staying the week. However, we have a small child and safety was out number one priority, so we left. That started the drama. This owned not only couldn't care a less about the situation, but ended up lying over and over to us. We wanted to rebook! Reschedule! Come back! We absolutely did and offered over and over. VRBO even said that the owner has the ability to help us out, especially with the situation, they just have to want too. They did not. And then they lied to my credit card company about our stay and what they said, luckily? I keep receipts. The property is nice. I would absolutely recommend it. Please stay there! We may book with the property itself (for the higher price) but as I should have known, owners in these situations are usually frauds and don't care about anything except for their money. I know that are going to blast me in the response, and that is their right. But buyer beware and remember that no one cares about the safety of you and your family. So steer clear from VRBO in general, and especially this one.

Amazing location, great property, unbeatable value

My family and I stayed at this property for two weeks and had a wonderful experience. The property is situated in a resort with excellent on-site amenities, making it perfect for families. Its central location was very convenient, providing easy access to all the parks. The beds were quite comfortable, and the kitchen was very functional. We did encounter a minor issue with the dryer, but the owner promptly addressed and resolved it. The property, while showing some age, has been renovated, particularly the kitchen. The rest of the unit remains pleasant and very livable. We enjoyed the lazy river and the gym facilities. Overall, the value and location of this unit are exceptional. I highly recommend this property.

Great family get away

We were in Florida for the Cheerleading Summit. We had everything we needed in a place to stay at this unit. The pool and slides and lazy river were amazing and my daughter couldn’t get enough of the smoothies with boba at the little shop inside the lobby. Would definitely stay again! Nice condo

Condo was very clean and decorated nicely. Everything you need if you wanted to cook. Plenty of towels, hand soap and laundry detergent was provided. Lots of kid activities at club house but they do nickel and dime you. Food at the pool side cafe was ok and expensive. Internet didn’t work well and there wasn’t many channels on the tv. Pool was overly crowded and hard to find sitting with shade.

The property won’t the pool was nice, we didn’t get to enjoy too much we at SeaWorld during the day. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable, the couch was very uncomfortable as well!! The pictures make it look really nice.

Comfortable space

The host made the check in and out process was very easy. The spacing was perfect for my husband, myself, and two kids. The pool area was very spacious and the kids loved the lazy River and slide. Close to shops and food including a Walmart making it easy to get stocked up upon our arrival. I give this rating overall a 5 as the property in relation to the host and the home is what we were needing and expecting. There were some things that could use a little work on the property management side but overall the host and house were great

Nice resort, no WiFi in unit

As other reviews stated, this property is dated (which we knew at booking) with the exception of the living room and kitchen (although those floors left our feet completely black due to lack of being cleaned). Stairs are creaky and bathrooms need updating, especially the 1/2 bath. The master bedroom does not have a closet, which we didn't realize beforehand. Also, the washer/dryer set was much smaller than expected, so keep that in mind. The beds were firm, but comfortable. At the time we stayed in October, the resort was quiet and clean. The staff was very friendly and there were a lot of things to do to keep everyone busy, like water slides, lazy river, bingo, basketball, and an arcade. Our issue was with the WiFi because there was none during our entire stay and we got the run around every day when asking if it was getting fixed. While most of our days were spent out of the unit, wifi was still needed to catch up on work during the down time (early morning/late night). We found out that the unit uses the resort's wifi, so even when it is working, it is not a strong signal and there is no router inside the unit-routers are located in the end units of the buildings. We contacted the property manager, who was very responsive, but he wasn't able to assist. He instructed us to contact the property owner, who lives outside of the country (we were told Vietnam), so it took a long time to get responses back. We asked to be moved to a different unit, which he said we could do after we cancelled the booking. We sent him a message and told him the website and app did not give us the option to cancel. Due to the delay in responses, we did not get moved because he was waiting for us to cancel even after we detailed that we could not. We kept following up, but he said it must've been lost in translation. In the end, the owner reimbursed us $100. Overall, the resort is nice and seems to be in a decent area, however, this unit did not meet our expectations especially with regards to communication with the property owner. If wifi is important to you for work or kid's devices, we would not recommend this unit. We gave this an overall rating of 3 stars because of the run around with the wifi and lack of communication with the property owner that put a damper on our trip.

Great amenities ample accommodations

We had a great time staying at this property. The grounds, water slides, pool, lazy river and extra activities are amazing. We love every part of that. The condo was good too. The beds are super comfy. Had enough to cook with and space enough for the 4 of us. The floors were a bit dirty and we had an issue with a leak that was promptly and very courteously fixed. There isn’t a lot of extra space to put your luggage or unpack toiletries/ hang towels would be my only thing we missed. I would definitely stay here again. We had the best time.
