My stay in this hotel was horrible. First they didn’t even clean my room in the two nights I spent there. Also there were some ladies at night shouting in the first floor of the building which everything could be heard from my room at the fifth floor. The bed sheets had holes and smelled ugly.

Checking in took forever because they only had 1 person up front with a long line. Make sure if you stay here you don’t stay in building 6. The back area (building 6) had homeless people with all their stuff and pets hanging out by the staircase. Loud music, people screaming and talking loud outside your room, could not get in touch with front desk to complain. Bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned, floor was disgusting. Horrible customer service.

upon arriving to the room we found a pillow with what we think might have been blood on it and our bed wasn’t made the right way and had some type of used candy wrapper in it when we laid down other then that the hotel guest service was amazing

Upon arrival checking took forever ! Room hallway stink so bad like a dead rat! Mold in bathroom and dirty floors in the room , the bed sheets had human waste on it and there were no light bulbs in the room. The lobby looked pretty but the rest of the place is garbage !!!!

Nice and clean property. Universal studios shuttle is service is great. Other Theme park shuttle service is also there but not so great. Unfortunately no complimentary breakfast, also there is no room service until we request at the front desk.

The lobby was clean and very pretty with the Christmas decorations & the check in receptionists were super friendly! But the room was moldy and poorly taken care of. There was holes in the wall & paint scratched off everywhere. I got sick the first night there from the mold & ac not working very well.
