Fantastic townhouse rental close to Disney
Great experience with this property. The townhouse was huge and easily accommodated our family of four with lots of space to spread out. The kids loved the Disney-themes decor. We used the pool and hot tub a lot and enjoyed the view of the lake. It was a quick 18 minute drive to the parks. Highly recommended.

Wonderful house
Well appointed home which was as described. The only drawback is parking. When the complex gets busy there is no guarantee you will park in front of the house. The villas are close to all the theme parks and it usually took around 20 min in heavy traffic to get to Disney, Universal or Sea World. The owner is excellent! Very helpful with everything that I needed or had questions about. Top notch!!! The location of the house in the resort is perfect. Not too close to the pool,so it’s always quiet. You won’t be disappointed if you stay there.

Excellent location and lots to do!
We arrived late at night and no guard at the gate. The gate was open then we had to find our townhouse, which ended up having tape over the numbers, plastic over windows and parking blocked off. It was inconvenient and would have liked to have known this in advance rather than drive into it at 11:00 pm. Close to everything and everyone is friendly. Maria is great to work with.

We booked a stay over the weekend. Our kids love Disney themed places so this is why we chose this particular villa. The decorations are nice and there is a homey feel. We did not read prior reviews - so also experienced the lack of toiletries. We ran out of toilet paper quickly as we had a big party there was also no paper towels. So if booking please bring your own. I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the place . Master bedroom had what seemed to be a blood stain on the frame of the bed. The sheets of a few beds were filled with stains. One of the beds was broken- we did notify the host and she very quickly asked if she could send someone to come fix it. Overall, it’s a nice place and a responsive guest. I’d just recommend they improve on the cleanliness of the sheets/covers/etc.
