No fruit available at breakfast and the coffee may as well have been murky water. Either the person couldn't make coffeebefore putting it into the vat or they were really scrimping to cut costs. Breakfast servced until 10am which is good for people who want to lie in a bit longer. Room overall was nice, husband felt the bathroom wasn't very fresh smelling but I think it was more to do with drainage and not much can be done about that. Shower door had water stains which could be to do with age of doors and needed a really deep clean to get rid of stains but aside from that no issues.

Rooms are REALLY small. There were bugs in our room. Bathroom is atrocious, small, barely any space to move around. For a property with Hilton's label on it, this was a HUGE disappointment. Breakfast was LIMITED at best. Please save money and stay somewhere else.

It's quite. Take few minutes to McDonald's. Green line stop is closed to hotel. Easy to take a ride to outlet. The doors were closed loudly.

Smell of marihuana in the halls. Ac not good the room was hot with humidity smell. The Front Desk person and the lady serving breakfast were horrible with very poor customer service. The breakfast was horrible. Choose something else.

O hotel por fora, parece bom! Mas ao entrar, notamos que ele é todo de carpete e sujo. O café da manhã é bem básico e a pessoa que repõe os alimentos é mal humorada e responde o que perguntamos com falta de educação. Nenhum funcionário é amigável, exceto as camareiras. O quarto tem um bom chuveiro e boa cama (apesar de ser pequena-casal). Achei bem caro pelo o que oferece.

Dia and Raul are super friendly, hotel is super convenient to go to the Convention Center. We got 4 rooms for our big groups. It was a perfect stay! Is our second time.
