Stopped here 2 days before my cruise amd was not disappointed. This hotel/resort is beautiful and very clean.The staff that I interacted with not limited to the Starbucks staff were so friendly and personable. I enjoyed talking to the girls as I grabbed my grande dark roast. From the moment you arrive,you receive texts welcoming you and are available for all your needs. Pool attendants were also top notch. Absolutely BEAUTIFUL! We had something come up where we needed to stay an extra night in Orlando and they were one of the only hotels with a room available. Breathtaking from the moment we pulled in. Highly suggest staying, our room was wonderful and everything.
