Ants in the room, broken/ loose faucet in bathroom, Bathroom vanity separated from wall. Poor patch jobs and room was repainted multiple times, many layers of paint peeling.

Stay far away I had to order a new debit card because the hotel just continued to charge my card without me even being there any longer! They charge a resort fee when it’s not even a resort it’s a dump of a hotel! Maria at the front desk is a miserable human being and not nice at all! Manager Sean very nice guy but most of his staff suck and very unprofessional.

We booked this hotel for a 4 night stay and left after 15 min. The bed has burns in the blankets, there were stains in the floor and the nightstand. The bathtub was all rusted and the remote was filthy. The elevator was very sketchy and no security, so anyone could just walk in. Our door would not fully latch either and it just did not feel safe. We tried to speak with the manager and waited 25 minutes for him to come in. He spoke with his employees and played telephone and had them speak with us instead of actually speaking with us. We waited another half hour and finally was able to spoke with him. When we did have the chance, he would not even look me in the eye.

Some of the lights in the room did not work. So the room was dark. Some of the plugs didn’t work to charge our phones. The television did not have any cable service. No movies to watch on our long 4 night stay.

I checked into the hotel in 10 minutes later was rushed to the hospital never once so much as enjoyed any amenity or unmade to bed. When I spoke to the hotel they did absolutely nothing to help me out.

I had a wonderful visit. It was simple to check in and out. The personnel was nice. Since the hotel is situated across from Icon Park, getting around and finding things to do was a breeze. The majority of the room's lights were not working, and the television had white lines that blink in and out of the image on several of the channels, if I had to pick one complaint. But all in all, I had a great time. I would make another reservation here because it's convenient to the parks and they have shuttle service. A special thanks goes go to Kevin, our shuttle bus driver, who made the trip back to the hotel after exhausting walking days enjoyable.
