Great location, across the street from ICON park, relatively close to Disney/Universal. I stayed here one night, that was enough. Front desk check-in clerk was not friendly, heavy non-USA native accent, but when asked to repeat acted like I was the one who had a communication deficit, abrupt, no smile, made me feel like I was bothering her. Hotel is in the process of being painted. Bathroom had a very odd set up, toilet tank was set up against the vanity, rough cut out on the vanity granite to fit the toilet tank, apparently replaced from the original which no longer fit under the vanity. Could not figure out why it would have been placed there even as original, unless vanity may have once been a pedestal sink on the side of the toilet-needs to switch back because the current set up is awful with the hack job on the vanity. Beds were bed-bug free and sufficiently comfortable. Noisy due to the outside entry doors-Bikers going thru the parking lot most of the night, although that isn't any control of hotel. Tolerable for what it was, a reasonably priced one night stay, would not stay here again as a single female traveler.
