Well location is wonderful, but they missed my room to clean and when asked you get yourself with some unfriendly personal. The hotel is in bad shape and needs renovation urgent. In my room only one electric outlet was ok so trying to charge your phone and tablet the same time wasn’t possible.

Access is easy to walk, there is a shop in front of the building, but the bathroom is full of sticks on the floor, the bathroom extractor did not work, you can see the hole in the ceiling, it needs more maintenance, the towels are old, the pillows are young and friendly. We arrived at 11:00 pm. I stayed with my daughter for 3 nights.We went out to the park on the 31st and returned in the evening, but our room was not cleaned.

Disgusting!!!
Disgusting!! Dirty!! Obviously not cleaned as there was hair as in man’s down there hair all over bathroom in the tub on floor on toilet seat. Thankfully I had brought a blanket as I wasn’t sure even the sheets were clean. Peeling paint. Huge mold on ceiling. If it wasn’t so late at night when we checked in I would’ve left and found a different hotel. I wasn’t expecting the 4 Seasons but I Did expect clean!! They shouldn’t be Ashamed. The man at desk was rude & bothered.

Look, you get what you pay for. This place is just a bit worse than red roof inn. The good thing is that it is in a very central location. Other than that, I suggest paying more and going elsewhere if you're going to stay a few days

The location is amazing but the place definitely needs remodeling. The rooms were dirty, the beds a bit uncomfortable, squeaking sounds. No room service available. Wouldn’t stay again

Bedsheet cover had 2 small holes in it (looked like cigarette burn maybe?) and lamp light by entrance didn’t work. Bathroom looked clean (ish). Lobby looked ok, though there was only 1 person at the front from check in at 3-4 and also check out at 11 (same person). I did see multiple room cleaners on different floors. Stairway had urine smell.

The room is more like a low class hotel. You can see a lot of patch work done in the rooms. The ceiling looked like it had a previous leak and you can see the cheap patch work done. The walls are thin and you can hear other room conservations. There is erosion on the faucets, the tile is cheap and you can slide the boards, the bathroom door was rotted out, the bathroom ceiling light was missing without a light with a big hole, the door to get into the room was hard to open you had to pull hard, small tv, the rooms have odd smell, everything was outdated, the Funiture in the rooms were old as if they got the funiture from a goodwill. The water in the shower does not come out with force more like a drizzle. The room are connected to other rooms with just a door between us. There was no iron so come with your clothes ironed. The tv was not plugged in. The usb plugs in the room don’t work to charge your phone. The mirror in the bathroom is permanently crooked. My list goes on but you get what you pay for. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS HOLE IN THE WALL HOTEL EVER AGAIN! I rather pay the extra $300 and stay in a nicer hotel.

If you want to stay on International Drive and have lots of options for food and drinks and be real close to ICON park then this is a good option. Dont expect too much or anything fancy from this place but the location is great. If you need something like more toilet paper or shampoo just ask the front desk and they will get you it or have housekeeping bring it up to you, they are pretty good.
