The room was out dated especially the bathroom. The beds were not comfy actually my son cut his leg on the bed how a sharp metal piece pointed outward. Bedding definitely a zero and should be changed out.

Lousy front desk service.
Front deskwould not hold my groceries that were delivered. While I was on my way down from the 3rd floor. Delivery driver couldn't wait. Upon check out I found out I was over charged by about thirty dollars. After researching the front desk couldn't help me and I would have to call back and inquire about the over charge again. I haven't had a chance to call because I work late but i will at my first convenience.

Roaches and bed bugs galore. Easily one of the nastiest hotels ive ever stayed in. If you enjoy dirty sheets, bed bugs, and roaches behind the fridge, then by all means book here.

I will never stay at another Clarion Hotel
Customer service was terrible, what hotel only has microwaves in the rooms that are poolside? Then we got put on the end of the building where the were doing contstruction.
