Hotel was inflexible, front desk lady at check-in was rude, and there was no indication on their site about the “resort” fee and security deposit. The hotel is also very dated. Thankfully, I live nearby so I could wait to shower at home the following day.

The room was hot and smelled really bad. There were stains all over the floor. We turned around and left. I was not going to stay there. It was disgusting.

1st room was so disgusting and smelled of mold we walked out instantly. They offered another room. We took it but upon further inspection it was filthy! Carpet full of crumbs, etc. mold stench increased. Shower was dirty. All of us slept in our clothes and had sore throats by morning. Staff was pleasant.

The staff was great. The price was very good for the area. The bed was a bit worn with springs dead and the key cards failed half the time. For the price it was ok, but with a few modest upgrades it would be a great place in the future.

I enjoyed the stay. The hotel room was clean and quiet. I took long walks on I-drive early mornings and late evenings and felt safe. I would recommend the hotel.

The rooms have terrible odor! It was sooo bad and unbearable and we were not able to sleep properly! Please open the windows and let some fresh air in! And change the carpet because the odor is beyond terrible! Please fix that as soon as possible! Never staying here!
