I had a bad night, front desk nocked at the door at 11:15 pm, we were already asleep, my husband said who was it and the person said front desk, I tood my husband not to open the door because ai was afraid. I immediately called front desk and did not answer. We went back to sleep and 20 minutes later the telephone was ringing. And it was front desk again,the next day at 8.45 I went to the front desk and they just told me that they were checking if someone was un the room because the sistem showed like uf it was empty. After that like at 9 We went to have breakfast and there was nothing, I asked and they told me that breakfast ended at 9. No one told us that it ended at that time or anything. I really do not thi k will recomend this hotel or stay in it again.

Good, but needs to improve.
I had my family staying for two weeks and found breakfast with very few options. Additionaly, several times the towels offered by the hotel were dirty and the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired.

Ok in a pinch
The staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable and the room was serviced regularly. This hotel is in need of a renovation. Many things from poorly repaired sheetrock to painted over water damage in the bathroom. There was an overall damp odor. My biggest complaint was the fact that I killed more than 1 cockroach in my room. That, I thought to be unacceptable.

Convenient and well located
The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay feel warm and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though a bit outdated. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. While the breakfast buffet could use a bit more variety, the quality of the food was good. Overall, we had a positive experience at Comfort Inn and would recommend it for a budget-friendly stay.

Shower continuously dripped. Plugs too far away and this was a handicapped room. Staff at front very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good. Could’ve used a blanket on the bed or comforter or something of the sort.

Unfortunately this was by far the worse hotel I've stayed at in the Orlando area... the staff was friendly and greeted us but other than that it was disgusting! The entire place smells like mold and wet dog. The rooms carpet was so damp we did not remove our shoes. The bathroom floor was slippery and the entire room was run down. Thankfully it was only for one night and the sheets were clean. The location was what i needed and that's why I chose it to start with. It was not inexpensive and I couldn't believe how bad it was...
