HOUSEKEEPING
• To ensure a spotless experience, the home is professionally cleaned and inspected before your arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental, but mid-stay cleaning can be arranged in advance for an additional fee if needed.

Three days before the guest's arrival, the voucher with check-in instructions will be sent.
This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized:
• Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner.
• Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel.
• Laundry: One laundry detergent.
• Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy).
PLEASE NOTE:
The following extra services are available and must be requested at least 48 hours before your check-in date. Here are the details:
• Early check-in (from 10 am): $127, subject to availability.
• Late check-out (Until 3 pm): $127, to be requested no later than check-in time and subject to availability.
PARKING
• For the single family homes: Vehicles must park in garage and driveways. If they park on the road, it can only be on the approved side.
• Roads are owned by the county and the police do ticket if parked on the no parking zones or if blocking fire hydrants.
• For Heritage Crossing – vehicles must park in a parking space in the community.
• Parking is first come first served, there is no reserve parking.
• Security will issue a pass to everyone at the main entrance.
CLUBHOUSE
• Guests have access to the 7 resort pools
• Guests don't have access to members' area that includes: golf club, water park and tennis court.
• There's a card to access the clubhouse and pools in an acrylic box next to the property main door. Please remember to return the card to the box after use. Failure to return the card will result in an additional charge of $50.
TRASH
• For CONDOS - guests must take their trash to the community dumpster.
• Trash must be properly bagged.
