Staff was amazing and helpful when we arrived very early and stored our luggage. Room was cleaned each day. Disappointed that shuttles to Disney were very limited times which were also at times we wouldn’t need the shuttle… too late in the morning and picking up too early in the evening. No shuttles for park opening or closing.

The hotel pool is comfortable. There is a great buffet hot pot next to it (lots of meat and seafood), and there is a supermarket selling souvenir items.

Property was really nice, accessible to mostly everything and had everything needed inside the hotel However, the moment you walk in the scent of chlorine smacks you in the face and the rooms smelled old. The beds were also very stiff The hotel was clean and wonderful

Property and staff were good. Only issue was their “parking fee” which was not included in the price. We were charged $22 per night to park on the property we paid our stay for. This fee should be included with the stay, it isn’t an extra luxury.

The lobby is nice (for its small size). The rooms are standard, and are very clean, very comfortable. The only thing that i didnt like were the hallways. They desperately need updating. They look sketchy, dark and dirty to me. They are very outdated and feel like you stepped back into the 1970s. They pump fragrance into the hallways, but its very overpowering and feels like they are using that to distract you from the substandard feel you're getting. I stayed there 6days and did get used to the hallways, but just barely. All in all, I'd stay there again.
