Located in the beautiful gated community of Emerald Island Resort, less than 3 MILES to Disney, making it one of the closest communities to Disney.

This home offers a spacious layout for all to enjoy and relax after a fun filled day. This home can also accommodate 2 families as there is 2 master bedrooms with bathroom.

It offers a total of 4 Bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a large living room, separate game room with a foosball and billiards table. There is a spacious kitchen equipped with everything that you will need to prepare a gourmet meal or make a quick snack.

The home also includes laundry facilities for your convenience.

This home includes live TV and has a Smart Tv in the living room which offers streaming apps such as YouTube, Netflix, etc. Wi-Fi is included.

This home has one of the largest pools in the community. Our screened in patio & pool area will allow you and your family to Relax, Swim and Enjoy the outdoor. Pool is protected by a pool fence.
** Pool Heat is offered at an additional cost.

As a guest, you may also enjoy the many community facilities of Emerald Island Resort. This includes a lounge with a big-screen TV, Exercise Room, Sauna, Meeting rooms, business services with internet access and Concierge Service.

The Club House is conveniently located in the heart of the resort and caters to your needs from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

The property overall is nice. Wenstayed over NYE and the neighbors were extreamly loud. We were told fireworks and noise levels were to remain at a minimum and they would be fully enforced however there was loud music, screaming and fireworks until about 130am. The property was clean and had everything we needed for a family of 5.

This house was clean and comfortable for our family. We really enjoyed the pool. The host was very responsive and keeps the house in great condition. It’s in a very nice neighborhood that is convenient to Disney, shopping and restaurants. We would stay here again!

My family, and I stayed here for our summer vacation this year. The home was beautiful, and equipped with everything you need for a nice stay. The pool was big, and my family enjoyed using it at the end of a long day hot day in the parks. We loved it so much we are already making plans to come back, and stay here again before the year ends!! Close to the parks, and quiet neighborhood. Was worth every penny!!

Great House and Location!

We've stayed at Emerald Island Resort for several years now, and we've enjoyed each stay! It's so close to Disney and all the food and shopping you'd need. The house was great, very clean, lots of space to spread out, had everything we needed. We enjoyed using the pool and the play room in the garage (checkers, foosball, pool). Muneera was so easy to communicate with for check-in and any questions I had. Would definitely stay again!

Great family-friendly property

We had a great stay, the property was clean and comfortable. Muneera was very responsive and able to get us a pack-n-play and a highchair! The pool was heated and very warm, so even on cooler nights our kids were able to swim! There are 2 playgrounds in the complex, one is right around the corner and perfect for bigger kids. The kids loved the themed bedrooms, the pillows and blankets were very nice. The bigger beds were topped with memory foam, and very cozy. We did have to pay $20 for the parking pass.
