We didn’t enjoy the pool since it was a bit chilly but the hotel was so nice and clean. There was gelato in the lobby which we definitely took advantage of. We walked to Universal Studios everyday (0.8 miles I think).

I had an awesome stay at this hotel. From the day I arrived, the staff were friendly and helpful. The rest of the stay was fine as well. The breakfast was ordinary, but the staff were accommodating and welcoming. When I checked out, I asked for my billing statement, and the charges were all as expected. The problem was that when I later checked my bank statement, I was surprised to see an additional charge of $105.44. That was unexpected. I reached out to them by email, but I still haven’t received a response. I don’t mind being charged if there’s a reason, but I’d at least like an explanation of what the charge was for. So beware of this extra charges when checking out at this hotel.
