Got a jointed option room that has no sound proof, could be part of neighbour's conversation. Hot tub and pool closed. Room right by elevator and no sound proof This last day in Orlando was the end of our trip, the hotel condition did not hold up to my standards to finish the vacay on a high note. Staff where amazingly nice, but cannot change the outcome.
