The hotel is conveniently located next to the Universal theme park , I-4 highway and close to many restaurants and shops. The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. The downside is the property lacked amenities. Only one American grill/bar restaurant, Starbucks, generic Pizza and an overpriced breakfast buffet. Also, there was a parking fee of $33 per day! My stay became alot more expensive than expected.

The hotel was a great place with a lot of activities to do. I did have a few inconveniences that was unexpected like the $33 parking pre day. When we left to get dinner we came back around 10 and there was so many cars there we had to park so far away. Which is a huge inconvenience when I’m already paying $33. Also there was little inconvenience as well like how complicated it was to find the free Wi-Fi code and I made a request when booking and had to remake my request at check in because it was not done. Also check out was at 11 and I had room service knocking on my door at 10:15. The staff was average. The room was very nice and spacious. Will probably not stay there again but hotel was very big and pretty.

I booked for non smoking room but the room and bathroom were smelly. the ac makes noise I had to use ear plugs so to sleep. I got there after 10 pm and the line to check in was long. they had separate line to help honor hilton clients and regular clients lines. parking is additional 33 dollars and there is 50 dollar deposit..

The rooms are good sizes but the bathtub is clogged & not cleaned well, some traces of dirt from previous guests’ use. Front desk reception was hard to contact. We have to go down to front reception to submit our work request on the clogged bathtub.

Overall, love this place. I would suggest the adding parking to guess key cards versus press button and waiting for attending to answer. It was frustrating waiting on someone to answer just to exit the parking lot. Also please encouraging house keeping to discard shower curtains with stains on them, that looks tacky and unsanitary

Unacceptable
Got in the front desk around 1am and was told there wasn’t room available for us. Front desk made us wait for 40 min until send us to another hotel 15 min from the one we had booked.
