Great overnight stay, had a problem with the AC in the room but they moved us as soon as we spoke to the hotel about the issue. Very good service, very clean & good location for the Additions Arena. Also parking was free- a great perk, not one you get normally at hotels!!

Staff was courteous and helpful the property is clean and well priced but most of the electrical outlets located on the lamps (which are dearly outdated) did not work I had to move furniture to reach a wall outlet for our chargers. everything else was fine. very close to UCF to visit my daughter

When we arrived at the hotel to checkin we were told we couldn't until later in the evening, because a football team was staying there and they weren't checking out until the evening. So rooms couldn't be cleaned or available for hours after thier departure. Finally was able to get into our room late in the evening
