Prior to arriving at this location, we were supposed to receive an email with instructions for checking in. When we landed late, we checked our email and there were no said instructions. At 9:30pm we had to call some random number and after about a half hour were able to get an email with instructions. A little scary with mass amounts of luggage and a little one. Next, some of the outlets didn't work and we couldn't get much to work with the TV either. We called and never, ever heard back. After staying there about 4 days, our neighbors checked out and left three bags of garbage outside their door, which was right next to ours. Inside said garbage was about a pound of meat and cheese. After the first day, animals started rummaging through it and the stink was almost unbearable. We had to make a run to and from the condo because of the mass amounts of bees and flies. We tried to find a dumpster around the place, but were given dates as to when garbage was picked up. For some reason, their garbage was not getting picked up. After about 4 more days of dealing with this the best we could, we finally called a number given and luckily by the night someone had removed the garbage. The other thing that really bothered us is that they didn't tell you until you checked in that there is only a minimal amount of TP, paper towels, soap, etc. Basically what they call a starter pack. Now we have no problem with buying this stuff, it just would have been nice to know before.
