This place has the nerve to charge a resort fee..IKYFL!! for what? Hardly a resort! The gentlemen at the front desk was nice and friendly the women not so much I asked if the rooms are non smoking she says they are but we cant enforce it huh?? I digress! My room Was not cleaned and I had no wash cloths I was handed 2 wash cloths which I used to clean the room! I went to Target brought me a set no way I was putting that on my body! I know this is a budget motel but had stayed before years ago and was a pleasant stay but not now no way will I do this again nor recommend this place!

The stay there was horrible I was kept up for the three nights straight because of a domestic dispute going on daily. Front desk and owners were notified daily of disturbances that would go on until 5-6 am. They said they were completely booked and could not move me and my daughter but would give the guest next door a warning. Finally on Sunday the police were called because the woman that was the guest with the male stabbed the male in the head. This trip was for me and my daughter to spend time together and go to universal and island of adventure but unfortunately I had at most 2 hours of sleep while I was there. if you go try not to stay in the back of the building as it is a semi truck stop for diesel semis as well two other hotels back there with a lot of foot traffic and vehicles of individuals that rev engines throughout the night.

It had roaches and blood on the other bed. We wanted our money back but they said no refund. It so much noise couldn't sleep. The A/c didn't work at all. Parking lot is not friendly. Seems like junky place.

Good God just steer away from this property it just not worth staying at go anywhere else spend the extra money it displaces not worth it there was cockroaches in my room they charge you like $150 fee on top of what you already pay just to check in they have no room service they won't even allow you to connect your like if you bring a video game console you can't connect it to the TV they quite literally will not allow you to do that they are the alarms go off in the middle of the night you call them ask him what the hell's going on and they legitimately just tell you oh it was an accident like it's not worth your time go anywhere else you will thank me

Not a good place for stay
Staff fue amable, pero hotel no esta bien. La localización es muy buena también el precio, pero este hotel no esta en buenas condiciones a mi entender para recibir huespedes. Primero que nada en los alrededores del hotel se puede ver gente rara y peligrosa. Hay gente viviendo ahi y ponen sillas de playa en los pasillos y musica lo cuál hace ver muy mal el lugar y le da un ambiente de “Guetto”. Hay olor a marihuana por todas partes, el baño se veía sucio y la cortina de baño a penas cubría la bañera por lo cual el agua mojaba el piso mientras te bañabas. Los matres de las camas son incomodos al igual que sus almohadas y las sabanas estaban gastadas y no se veian muy limpias. Algo positivo es que mi habitación tenía nevera y tambien una pequeña estufa para cocinar. Pero en conclusión no es un buen lugar para quedarse.
