I understand it was year end, but it's unacceptable not cleanning the room or change de sheets for 2 weeks. Hotel facilities are nice to be, but overall was the worst cleanning service I ever received in a stay.

Everything was nice, rooms and property clean and spacious. Walking distance to sea world (though I'd recommend a $5 uber but it's still doable) breakfast was good, staff friendly and accommodating overall perfect stay for my family. My only complaint is that there's a giant chess board that was right below our room and every single night people would be dropping the pieces and they were very loud. Might be good to move that to the other side of the property.

A limpeza era muito mal feita , apenas arrumavam a cama e tiravam o lixo e as vezes era feita depois das 5 pm, e achei o colchão da cama mole demais. As atendentes são excelentes, muito atenciosas na hora do check out o sistema do hotel não estava funcionando-. A localização do hotel é ótima mas o café da manhã é bem fraco sem variedades, o travesseiro tb é muito alto e eles não tinham travesseiros de altura normal
